The man, Justin waited on me was a friendly, happy person, who obviously liked his job. He was helpful and my pizza was so good. I also got the cinnamon sticks which were very good.
Was pretty empty and quiet, had the big game on the tv's in dining room. Very clean, server was nice but forgetful. Pizza was great!
Called in 3 hours before the pickup time. Got there 10 minutes early. Continued to stand in front of the pickup window for half an hour. Only one employee in the entire restaurant actually knew how to talk to customers. I work in the food service industry, both of my parents do as well, I know what it's like to work in a kitchen, and in the front, and as a whole, this Pizza hut was a dumpster fire. Would rate 0 stars if I could, Helean was the only person worth the uniforms the company paid to put them in.
My work brings my up here 4-5 times per year. I grab a pizza from this Pizza Hut every time I'm up here. The pizza is always very good and the young people that work there are always friendly and respectful. Keep it up guys, your batting 1000% with me. :)
Disappointing. Pizza Hut anywhere else usually is decent, but this one not so much. 6:30 on a Tuesday, 3 tables, slow service. Waitress forgot if we both got a salad, then brought us something we didn't order. The tomatoes on the salad bar tasted bad, on the verge of spoiled, and the waitress said she would tell the manager but they did not change them out the time we were there. Pudding and cucumbers had ice in and on them. The cheese crust pizza we got was pretty bad compared to any of the other pizza places around Petoskey. Tasted like grocery store freezer crust. Unfortunate experience. Sorry to say we won't be back.
