I go in this Starbucks quite often because I work nearby and I stop to get a drink before work, and almost every time I’ve gone in there, Caroline has been working, and she always has such a terrible attitude, I get if you have a bad day once in a while but it’s every single time I go in there and it’s very upsetting. She complains about making drinks right in front of customers faces, and I’ve noticed being in there she is rude to other customers as well.

This place desperately needs a new manager . I’ve experienced carol twice and quite literally rather drink a glass of water with broken glass in it than ever interact with her again. The fact that all the negative reviews on here are pretty much all about carol and she continues to be the manager is asinine. She is the rudest, snippiest, and laziest barista ever. The fact I place my order and she immediately rolls her eyes at me because I want my drink cold but not iced because I don’t like milky ice water is crazy work. Then she proceeds to argue with me and raise her voice when I’ve offered to pay extra to avoid conflict with her. I get this same drink every day at the other Starbucks and never have had a barista literally get into a fight with me about it. What a weird hill to die on and loose a customer over. Then to discover In the reviews you’ve already lost a lot of other customers cause of her dating back years is such a slap in the face that nothing has been done. Do better Starbucks, carol needs to be dealt with

You guys definitely need a new manager the one you have now acts like she doesn’t want to be there nor does she deserve the position. I’ve said nothing the other handful of times, I get people have busy overstimulating days. But every-time I come in (pretty often) unless the younger gals are workin, I consider even walking up to the counter. I’m a manager as well, if you don’t like your job or the people you serve then quit.

There once was a time where the person standing infront of you was priority not so much here anymore . The mobile orders take president and when you ask seriously if you should place one after standing at the counter for 10 mins watching them do every order that pops out you get a snotty attitude . I use to come to this location everyday and now I only vist on occasion.
Very cute setup inside the DW store. A place to sit and relax too! Love the Dragon fruit lemonade!!

Another great experience at this Starbucks!! ? The barista was confronted with a very rude customer during our visit but she remained calm and conducted herself in a respectable way. Drinks were delicious and service was great. We will be back!?
