I picked up several to-go orders. The staff do not greet you. If you ask a question they give short and abrupt answers.
Most Starbucks have an inviting atmosphere with customers sitting inside but this one had one customer seated for both of my pickup orders.

After waiting in line, we had to wait another 5 minutes to get our order taken because the barista was doing something on her phone. After that we ordered 2 food, 1 drink.

The food came out in a timely manner, even before our drink! In fact, 5 other drinks (some very complicated) from people behind us in line came out before our drink. If you don't mind burning a half hour excluding transportation in the morning to get a coffee, then this place is for you! However, if you have anything else planned for the day, I'd recommend parking at meijer and walking into the bigby across the street as that whole endeavor would have been faster than waiting for a coffee here.

Went here two days during a visit. Day one- received wrong bev in driver thru but it was something I liked so no big deal. (I still went back the next morning, because coffee.) Day two - Drive thru service was painfully slow. Sunday morning, June 1. Ordered two drinks (a mocha latte and a medium roast coffee) at the speaker at 9:02AM. Left line at 9:23 because I had to schedule to keep. I had an easy order - You should have walked it out, or parked the cars ahead of me. It was a waste of my time, your time and your coffee that was probably waiting on the counter for me. Glad I hadn't paid yet!

It really makes a difference at 6am when the barista is chipper, smiling, and in a seemingly good mood when I come to get my daily morning coffee. It's workers like these who make me really want to come back.

I’ given this Starbucks more than one chance, and I’m consistently disappointed. Last year, I had an argument when I placed an order and was told I needed to go through the drive-thru just to say my name, even though I was already there. This year, I tried again, placing an order on the app, went through the drive-thru, and was rudely told I need to wait 10 minutes after placing my order next time. Why does that even matter? If there’s a process, it should be communicated clearly in the app or at the store—not with attitude from the staff. The customer service here is severely lacking. This location needs employees who know how to treat customers respectfully.

I love this Starbucks. I order online frequently and they always have it made ready to go as soon as I get there. This is a very busy location. Everyone does their best even when things get slammed. The staff always maintains a kind attitude to serve. Thank you for all your hard work.
