It really makes a difference at 6am when the barista is chipper, smiling, and in a seemingly good mood when I come to get my daily morning coffee. It's workers like these who make me really want to come back.
I love this Starbucks. I order online frequently and they always have it made ready to go as soon as I get there. This is a very busy location. Everyone does their best even when things get slammed. The staff always maintains a kind attitude to serve. Thank you for all your hard work.
Went through the drive thru to see if my holiday favorite was on the menu, and bet it was! I love the crumbly praline topping they put on it, so I asked for an extra sprinkle... Amy went above and beyond to make sure my coffee was perfect!! She needs to be given a pay raise and be made manager with those customer service skills!!! We live 45 mins from the nearest Starbucks so her personality and people skills made the coffee that much better. Thank you so much for being an awesome...
