The subs were delicious.
The store was extremely clean. Will definitely eat there again. The young lady that waited on me was super friendly and made our subs perfect.

Woman working made a mistake making my sandwich when I pointed it out. She argued with me about what I said and was very rude.

I've worked in subways before and I understand that they probably just got hit with a rush, but I can say with 100% certainty it wasn't me who made the mistake and there was zero reason to be condescending to me.

There's no reason to go here when there's two other subways within 5 minutes that will give you better service.

I’ve never had a problem at any of the other subways near me but you guys literally burnt my cheese and bread toasting my sandwich so bad I could not eat it. Do not recommend this subway

We have been going here for years. ..I had a horrible experience with a girl named Sam and a younger girl...I didn't know they discontinued a certain cheese ..I was patronized and rudely talked to...I even left a tip for them to share after I went back in .called the manager and reported them ..I was told there was issues with this particular Sam..Sam ,you are rude and should not be in customer service..I spent 70 in there today . Shame on you

My family had a terrible experience at this subway location. The business owner needs to either let go or retrain whoever it was that helped us (she wasn’t wearing her name tag so idk what her name is). But she was very rude and snappy towards my grandma who was just trying to buy my family lunch. She was yelling at us and her two coworkers because she got confused as to whose order is whose.

Rude staff cussing under their breath at me for asking for salt and pepper.

Won’t be back to this location

I had a paper coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99 that could not be honored because the QR scanner was not working. I’d have liked for my bad experience to have ended there, but a few staff were rude and unprofessional - that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t greeted so much as directed (“Pickup? No, then stand over there to order.”), then felt stupid for how I ordered (“What’s a regular size? I don’t know what that is”). Also got a scoff and an eye-roll from my sandwich maker - don’t know if she was just having a bad day, but she was absolutely horrible and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I chose this place not just because I had a coupon, but I usually like the food…what a shame.

Fantastic service, great quality compared to the other subways in town. Can’t go wrong here.

Employees lied and said they were closed when I went in at 8:30, and the sign sitting next to me clearly stated that they close at 9PM everyday. Terrible

Aston was great. He was slammed and still managed to fit our online order in. Really polite and awesome !

Came in there around noon today 10/15/23 bigger lady working with black hair was very rude to me from the start, doesn’t like her job at all. I came in there happy just wanting a simple sandwich but I couldn’t stand her attitude she had with me for no reason. Honestly I go in there all the time and have zero problems I even tip them every time leaving a 20% tip because I love the subs they make and 9/10 times you’ll never have a problem over a subway sandwich. I’ve never seen this lady working there before so she must be new. Manager if you’re reading this get rid of this employee while you can. My first ever bad experience with subway in 20 years. She didn’t even get half way done making my sandwich and I told her to keep it. As soon as I said that she said okay and started laughing at me while I was walking out. I told her to have a better day and walked out and drove to the next subway up the street. At least the one by the hospital has a few better employees.

I cannot exactly understand HOW a Subway shop can be as terrible as this one. There is ONE girl who works there.... blonde girl in her late 30's probably... that makes BANGERS. If you go in there, and you see her behind the counter, KNOW that you are about to get what you paid for. 100% of the time. That said... I always order online... ALWAYS... and when ANYBODY else is working... 100% of the time, your order IS going to be horrible. Again, I don't know HOW a Subway can manage to be THIS bad... but after about 30 orders... I can honestly say that unless that ONE girl is working... 100% of my orders have been wrong. Today, I got 2 subs... showed up... seen the guy behind the counter, and I seriously almost just handed him my bag and said "Please give me what I paid for." because I KNEW it would be wrong. Got home... immediately noticed he disregarded EVERY request for "extras"... and since 100% of the time, they just disregard requests for Oregano or Pepper.... I even added to the "Special requests" section of the order, to PLEASE ADD EXTRA OREGANO.... zero pepper... zero Oregano. I understand mistakes happens... but after THIRTY or more time... that LITERALLY means the employees there are SO lazy that picking up a dredge and sprinkling some spices or herbs on is just something they view as too much work. I would be EMBARRASED to be that lazy. I am going to make a youtube video the next time I go there to illustrate my point. I am SO confident that the most basic requests will be ignored, that I am willing to live stream proof of just how incompetent the staff (minus the one girl, like I said, who actually does her job) is. I am almost 40 years old, and in my ENTIRE life, I have never run across a crew, in any business, that cares SO little about their job. If after 30 times.... they prove to you that they are too lazy and uncaring to sprinkle an herb on some bread.... do you REALLY think they're the "make sure you wash your hands and keep everything sanitary" types? I've got 1000 dollars that says these guys don't wash their hands after taking a dump. Because that is about 500% more work than sprinkling Oregano out of a dredge.

If you go into this Subway and see a tall, skinny guy with a couple of lip rings....turn around and walk out! He is the most rude person I have met in a long time! There is no acknowledgement of me even walking into the building...he stopped making my sandwich not even halfway through and told his coworker to finish it and stomped outside. I asked his coworker if he was having a bad day and he said ,"no he is always like this when he works with me". Really??? If you don't want to see people than work for a factory or somewhere where you don't really have to deal with them. I just got done working a 13 hour shift and just wanted a quick sandwich....I will NEVER go there again!
