Very crowded and they got the order wrong for the 2nd time in a week probably wont come back(this was my original review from 6 years ago 2 stars ) id like to say after 6 years nothing has changed still the worst service constantly messing up our orders and everyone else’s at this point dont go to this taco bell we have another one in petoskey and other places near by i have a severe food allergy and every time i order here they leave said ingredient on and it could seriously harm me they need serious quality control and help in management and the employees are extremely unfriendly every visit in store they take forever to take your order and then when they bring it out they say your name and toss your order up they may have had a bad day but not when it’s every visit .

Ordered a crispy chicken taco. 75% tortilla, 10% chicken, and 15% veggies/fillings. Not very happy with this. What’s the point of using a tender that small? I placed my mobile order 35 minutes before I received this. Not amused or satisfied.

First time at a KFC/Taco Bell, ordered a chicken nugget meal, did not have any of the advertised fries and substituted with what appeared to be yesterday's mashed potatoes, worker in the drive thru seemed to hate their job and it came across loud and clear in attitude. Never went through a drive thru where someone simply opens the window hands you the bag with no words spoken. It wasn't rush hour it was roughly two o'clock on a Tuesday. Won't be back there. Went through drive thru. Great voice who took my order CORRECTLY great smiles when food was handed to me. Oh I dreaded going there 9 cars ahead of me. Less than 7 minutes and BOOM got my food and my order was correct. All thanks to good employees. This was Wednesday about 430 pm. Thanks people cause I was hungry

Stopped in to grab food for the road while heading home down state. Ordered from my app for the rewards. Food was quick to be picked up but it took several minutes to get someone's attention to get my cup. Several people looked at me and just kept walking away. The kid cooking finally came up and helped me. Got to the car and found all the tacos were just meat and barely any cheese.. the burrito was supposed to be grilled but was not. $30 down the drain.
