We stop by the Taco Bell/KFC at 2:32 pm today to get lunch and pick up an 8 piece meal for our dinner tonight. As you will see from the receipt there are suppose to be 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 drumstick and 2 wings. Well I just opened the chick and only received 7 pieces and the they missed the second breast. If it were a wing maybe no big deal, but a beast is more main course item. If we didn’t live 45 minutes away, I might consider stopping by to pick it up unfortunately I will have to count the pieces each time we pick up chicken…come on really?????

i absolutely love taco bell but recently every time i go here and order extra sour cream (.75 up-charge btw) i hardly get any.. it wouldnt be an issue if it only happened once or twice but this is every single time i order here now. please do better. im paying an absurd up charge and not even getting it.

I love the taste of this stuff. Don’t know if it has any authenticity to true Tex/Mex or other southern americas cuisine. Must be some secret addictive sauce. Only go to 2 fast foods, Taco Bell & the sandwich place. Service is like a well oiled machine and I bet before I die it will be a well oiled machine, good bye subsistence job market. Atmosphere: all strata of society living in perfect harmony cause they are stuffing their face. I saw a young child, maybe 8 years old with a butt crack tattoo. Tell me please it was a fake, please! They were a family outing so all is good.

This is a common theme in Petoskey area businesses. Great service, great staff, great everything, but building maintenance is poor to shoddy to not even subpar at all. I am a patron of many years, reason being we don't have one on our side, but now Cheboygan does have one opening soon and I won't have to travel to Alpena or Petoskey anymore. My only issue is the lack of maintenance and common sense. The toilet was loose at the floor level, the bolts were broken off from the floor, it wobbled. The paper dispensers opening was about 10 inches off the floor and it was very difficult to use without breaking every square off as you tried to manipulate it. So low that handicapped folks wouldn't have been able to reach it, and it also was broken off and relocated. Instead of using the proper tools and mounting instead. That's my only issue, just strive to take better care of the building instead of push people in an out for the fiscal aspect.

The taco bell/ KFC in Petoskey, Mi is a waste of a trip. If you go inside to get your food you have to wait a long time because they seem to be focusing on the drive thru. I don't like this place at all.
Lady at window on nights is always so nice, even when busy she has a smile on her face and order is always nice and neat!

Service was quick and orderly, but the food was the problem. Ordered a taco and got monkey feces! On the toilet for almost 2 hours, substance coming out of all ends. I don't know what they did to my food, but I can surely say that execution would've been better than this experience. Lawsuit immediately!
