Went through drive thru. Great voice who took my order CORRECTLY great smiles when food was handed to me. Oh I dreaded going there 9 cars ahead of me. Less than 7 minutes and BOOM got my food and my order was correct. All thanks to good employees. This was Wednesday about 430 pm. Thanks people cause I was hungry

Stopped in to grab food for the road while heading home down state. Ordered from my app for the rewards. Food was quick to be picked up but it took several minutes to get someone's attention to get my cup. Several people looked at me and just kept walking away. The kid cooking finally came up and helped me. Got to the car and found all the tacos were just meat and barely any cheese.. the burrito was supposed to be grilled but was not. $30 down the drain.

We waited FORTY minutes for our order. Two kids nuggets meals, a 12 piece chicken nugget order, and a Crunchwrap supreme. That’s it…and it took 40 minutes. And it wasn’t because they didn’t have the nuggets cooked, the nuggets were just sitting in their tray. Hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Get it together KFC/Taco Bell.
Nice and friendly staff and food was prepared well. Pricing seemed to be good and portion size was fine. Sauces were stocked and facility looked clean. They also had tacobell fries when other tacobell have discontinued them. My son was elated to have tacobell fries.

They were listening to horrible music very loudly the whole time we were in there. Playing songs by sexy red and glorilla which talk about very sexual things which were not bleeped out. Not that it was harmful to my ears but definitely not something a parent wants their kids to hear.

Small hiccup with mobile order but staff were so nice it wasn’t a problem. Bathrooms could use a little attention but not bad. Broken lock on stall, always fun to try to watch for someone walking in when your shorts are around your knees.
