Received this for my order and had to turn around and drive 25ish minutes to come get another one. I wouldn’t have posted this review if I didn’t wanna mention the fact that Trey did an amazing job at making this right! He was very kind & polite and remade my whole order, and threw me some Cinnabons for the inconvenience. Highly appreciated!

“New computers”???? Ridiculously slow service at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. I understand when there is a shortage of personnel. But, to have people on staff that aren’t trained is a management problem. A simple #2, Taco Supreme Combo took 14 minutes. And they were thrown together in a very unappetizing/unappealing manner. Won’t be back - ever.

This Taco Bell / KFC has really gone downhill. Every time we go there, the Dine-in area's are are always dirty. Even when not one other customer thete, the tables an area's are left dirty from previous sit downs. The pop machine had old splatters that dried up on the machines and looked like they never got cleaned. I understand this place gets busy, but I'm sure and would hope that the companies have a standard health cleanliness up keep policy that is not being followed!! I did not see the bathrooms, can only imagine.

This Taco Bell is also a Kentucky Fried Chicken. The service folks gave us free drinks to honor our service or age, without remarking much more, though one thanked my husband. The chicken was awesome!
The 4 stars are just because the line is so long for the drive through and some of the employees can't understand you that well on the speaker so you may need to be loud and distinct on what you're ordering.

Honestly the staff in the Petoskey location has been getting more and more rude as time goes on and it really makes me not want Taco Bell as much anymore. I get that we're all overworked but I didn't do anything to you, don't take it out on us.

I go to the Taco Bell location at least 3 or 4 times a week at least. But today was really special for me! I was helped by Paula at the checkout counter. She was so nice, polite and helpful, being that I'd just got done working a straight 30 hour work shift. I could barely stand up straight let alone order my food properly yet, she got everything correct and exactly as I ordered. Paula went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted/needed. She even wiped down and cleared the booth closest to the window so that I could sit in the sun. If she's not the manager of the owner then she needs a huge raise! Nick was very helpful as well.Vegetarian options: Way too many options to list.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian gluten-free veganParking: They have a huge parking lot with lots of open spaces within a short walking distance. They even have parking for large Vans trucks with trailers and rvsKid-friendliness: Way too many kid-friendly options to explain.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access at multiple entrances
