Very disappointing drive-through experience. The woman working the window was extremely rude. She didn’t say a single word to us—not hello, not our total, nothing at all. Our order was missing the sauce we asked for, and there were no straws or napkins in the bag. To make things worse, she slammed the bag of food against our car door while handing it to us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

This place is great and I have not had any issues here. The location is convenient too as a work across the street at Lowe’s. I prefer to order ahead of time on the app just so I can better understand the menu and how to customize the order. Overall I know it’s a new location, but the drive through works great for me.

I told the lady I wanted Pepsi not Mountain Dew 4 times at the speaker. She gave me Mountain Dew. Hours after eating I got horrible stomach issues. Was on the toilet for 2 days straight! Can’t say for sure it was TB. But was the only thing I ate all day.

15 minute wait for food on average. Didn't seen that busy. The meat always seems in smaller portions than others I have been to. If you ask for mild sauce odds are you will get a handful of hot.

Nobody would take our order and had to use the touchscreen, dining room was filthy, food prep area and floor was disgusting. I worked at a taco bell back in 2004. Whoever manages this place needs to be let go immediately.

Rude employees, and they never get your order right.Every time I have asked for a spicy potato soft taco they grilled it, this time it was so burnt it had pitch black spots on it. Every time I have ordered a crunchy taco supreme they do not give me sour cream or tomatoes.

Corporate needs to look into this location, consistently having staffing issues and the staff is very rude! If you are going to shut down your services, you need to shut down your online ordering for the night instead of inconveniencing all of your guests. Please get some new management on board here, they are doing an awful job so far.
