Had such a wonderful experience! Madison was an absolutely fantastic server — so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The view overlooking Little Traverse Bay was breathtaking, and the food was just as incredible. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Outside, looks like a quaint watering hole. Think small bar vibes. Upon entering you are greeted with a bunch of awesome boxing and ufc photos. After turning the corner, your eyes are flooded with the most incredible view of the bay! Our server, Josh, was phenomenal!! I was uncertain which entrée i wanted so I asked his personal opinion, to which he replied with the walleye. Thank you so much for the recommendation because it was pure bliss! My husband chose the steak frites and it was perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned! Throughout the entire meal, Josh was very prompt with checking in with us and getting another round. First time to Petoskey, end of June when it was in the 90’s, with 3 dogs, that’s right……3 hot pups. Had to sit outside and were hungry and hot, server was super nice, and the Olive burger and fries were amazing! Husband has a salad and enjoyed it all, thanks for being accommodating and having a great server and wonderful food!

My friend and I found this restaurant when searching local options. We were hesitant because it was a little on the pricey side of what we were looking for but went for it because we wanted the view of the Bay. I looked up reservations on their website and saw openings all evening long, every 15 minutes. Based on that, we figured walking in would be fine. When we arrived there were a few people outside, no one in the bar area. The hostess asked if we had a reservation and I explained why we didn’t. We asked if there was anything open and we were told not until 7:30. I asked why their website didn’t reflect that but she didn’t have an answer. We were able to get full dining service at the bar. After ordering our drinks I went to the restroom and saw the whole dining area except 2 tables was wide open. Our bartenders were AMAZING and they worked so well together! My friend ordered the burrata appetizer and I had the shrimp scampi linguini. Both dishes were good, nothing extraordinary. After eating, my friend went to the restroom, still plenty of open tables. We were both kind of upset because we would’ve been in and out before the dining room filled up. We did end up speaking with Josh, the restaurant manager who was really great and explained that the reservation system they use and the website aren’t linked or something to that effect and that they had limited control over the website which is managed by the owner. We weren’t expecting anything, just wanted to express our disappointment with the situation. He ended up comping our meals and providing free dessert! That was completely unexpected and above and beyond. They did allow us to sit outside with our drinks afterwards and we made sure to adequately tip both our servers. I’d go back again but HIGHLY recommend making reservations!

I can’t adequately describe how warm it was in that restaurant. We sweat our asses off in what felt like a greenhouse. No air moving at all/no air conditioning. Food was good but we just couldn’t enjoy it. Walked past the kitchen on the way out and you could feel the Arctic breeze coming out of there, so at least they were taken care of.

Beautiful view with a baseball game Whitefish dip was amazing and The Bolognese is a must try. So glad I live down the road from this place. Unfortunately my girlfriend broke up with me here one star. But the sunset was nice so five stars.

I made a reservation for myself and my friends and it was simply disappointing. I had to apologize to my friends for all the neglect and problems we had. There was a friend who couldn't eat because the food was so bad, she left and went to buy food somewhere else. We got there at 1:30 and left at 4:30pm. They took forever for absolutely everything and we delayed our entire road trip because of that horrible lunch. Honestly, I will never go back there again and I don't recommend anyone to go.

Went today and we had made a reservation and had a wait time for 25 minutes, we were the ONLY Hispanic family in the store. There were other people who had NO reservations who were sat before we were. After an hour, they told us that they pushed us back before they had just received other reservations. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
There’s no other reason I could think of other than RACISM. The host told us that it would be another hour and a half before we could be seated. 25 minutes turned into a two and a half hour wait since they wanted to seat anyone else. Would not recommend anyone to eat here.
However, If you are looking for good and friendly service we would recommend Happy’s Taco shop instead!!

I've eaten here a few times over the years and have always enjoyed my meals. Inside is a great setup with an amazing view of the lake. Service was top notch and the food and cocktails were all very good. I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm in the area.
