We liked the whole thing. Food is bbq texas delicious. Meats and sides. Mid-afternoon Monday service, excellent with a smile. We were very comfortable in a clean and welcoming place. Parked directly at the curb. We will be going back.
If you happen to be in pigeon, definitely stop by and grab a bite to eat here. The smoked brisket is awesome. Mom had the pulled pork and dad had the smoked chicken 🐔.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I love bbq and so many places just can't get brisket right, it's either too dry or too chewy. Huron Co BBQ is the exception, they have the best brisket I've had in years. It melts in your mouth is perfectly tender and cooked to perfection! Their pulled pork was also absolutely delicious.
