Cinnamon bread was delicious and all of the family said the same at breakfast. Apple fritter was pretty darn good also.

Had high hopes based on the ratings here. I love supporting small mom and pop style restaurants, as I hope to open one someday. That being said, food tasted like grill hasn't been cleaned in decades. French toast had a slight taste of meat and had an oil slick of mystery grease on it. My entire dish, (not the French toast) was cool, nearly cold, very greasy, but tasty. Would've sent it back but lack of attention from staff, and the fact it just would have been microwaved stopped me. After a night in a hotel and hoping for a good cup of coffee, I'm sorry to say you won't get one here. Brown water, no flavor, and super slow on refills (though it really didn't matter, I didn't want more). Maybe as a bakery this place could be good. I won't ever be back in the area to try. I was just passing through.

I've been to my share of greasy spoons, but this was the greasiest. The biscuits and gravy had an oil slick, which wouldn't happen if they cooked the sausage first and drained the fat. The biscuits under it were COLD. And the sick to my stomach feeling lasted ALL day after breakfast. The front of the glass bakery case is smeared. The booth table is ready to fall off. Waitress never refilled our coffee.
We wanted to support local business while traveling, but my stomach is very upset that we did.

this is for the Au Gres location. just picked up a pizza (11/15/24). It is the most disgusting pizza I've ever seen. We ordered the special. the crust is so thin that the grease from the 20lbs of cheese leaked right through leaving it inedible. Very few toppings. We called and were simply told sorry. For the amount of money you charge for your pizzas, they should be at least edible. Will not be back.

Great little roadside diner. Fat slabs of toast, stuffed to the brim omelettes and quick and friendly service. I would recommend and happily return here
