My only issue with this particular mc Donald’s was I ordered a mighty kids meal and looked inside the box and seen mini fries I asked the manager why wasn’t there a small fry which I did check too see if a small fry comes with the mighty kids meal her reply was my old manager use to do that, I will not be ordering the mighty kids meal anymore

I spoke with the manager “Brandy” on the phone after they didn’t put cheese on a CHEESE BURGER. She laughed off my problem and played it off like it didn’t matter because I wasn’t able to return. When I asked to speak to her manager she hung up the phone on me. After contacting another manager on the phone to explain the situation, she was still going off in the background. I’ve been to this same McDonald’s more times than she has probably shown up for shifts to work. I can’t say I’ll return again until she is gone.

Went and got a ice coffee in drive thru the guy hand d me a ice coffee that was leaking the inside of my truck is stained and now I have to pay for my seat to be cleaned I called the store and the manager didn’t give a care about the situation
