BC Pizza of Belmont

We loved the lunch buffet and went regularly, however this week might have been the last time. Things have changed dramatically. It looked like a new person (he seemed to be the manager) was working and I suspect that is why. The previous guy that was always there kept up with keeping the buffet completely stocked. He was a very hard worker. Now it's ridiculous! More than once there was no pizza on the buffet. People were waiting for food and when he did bring out more it was only 1 or 2 pizzas. Of course it was immediately swarmed and was gone again in no time. The cinnamon sticks pan was empty the entire time. He never made more. The salad bar section was just as bad. Everything was low and they even ran completely out of lettuce. The table was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it before we sat down. That has never been the case before. The only reason I didn't give 1 star for the service is because the girl that works there seemed to be working very hard to make up for his lack of urgency. Very disappointed.

pick up order med pizza bread sticks and wings was supposed to be ready at 7 finally 7:20

Not one to typically leave bad reviews... but we ordered a pizza to be delivered and asked for light bake. What we got was basically a lump of dough with cheese on it that had collected in one corner of the box during delivery. The dough was raw. I kindly sent them two messages asking for a refund of our $27 pizza due to this. I got no response.

Did a call in order the worker offered deals that wasn't offered online , that was a big win... came to pick my food up and they forgot some of my order.... as a mom of 5 I'm busy I like to grab my food and go... great customer service but be mindful to double check the order before passing it out

The pizza buffet is what I go here for for lunch sometimes. It has always been stocked with good options and they keep adding to it while you are there. Buffet cones with a drink and is a decent value. Their pizza is really good. Love the hand tossed style and the sauce is just right. Highly recommend their food.

I love the hot pizza subs. You get to choose 5 ingredients plus pizza sauce and cheese included. Very tasty and my go to place for hot pizza subs 😁

Great customer service, my takeout order was a little behind schedule but the guy working was very apologetic and made it right. Will definitely be back.
