When we visited there was only one employee both taking orders and making them; she did an absolutely outstanding job! Offer a good variety of hard scooped MOO-ville brand ice cream with rotating flavors, soft serve, sundaes, flurries, and shakes. Portions are huge and you definitely get your money's worth. A friend got a gourmet flurry with Oreos and cookie dough and couldn't finish it, they do not skimp on the mix-ins! Gourmet sundaes are only available in one size. Soft serve is available in five sizes. Wish they offered sugar cones instead of only cake cones. Excellent value and selection of treats.

We love going to Trailside Treats, it's a 20 minute drive for us, but it's so worth it!

2nd time going here. The ice cream is great and they give you way more than you need in every size, great value for the price. First time ordering food. The wings, onion rings, and tenders (and fries of course) we ordered were covered in salt, not just a lot, an excessive amount. Had to rub them with paper towels to make them edible. Who ever the cook was at roughly 4pm on Sunday the 13th needs to be taught to not use so much salt. Hopefully the next time we go this will have been addressed. Thanks!

We arrived right behind about 15 to 20 young people who had all finished ordering various types of ice cream. There was only one worker and she was racing around trying to fill the orders. It's three or four more groups showed up but she did not lose her composure. A semi-grumpy delivery man started beating on the door, she calmly finished her order went back and opened the door for him and STILL did not lose her composure. She was quick, efficient and friendly. It was not very hard to pick which tip we gave her.
