I thought Arby's was supposed to make everything fresh and it never is at this location. I have asked for everything to be fresh and they still don't. One time they double dipped my mozzarella sticks, they were dripping with grease. I have yet to have a good fresh meal from this location. Chicken tenders are dry and hard.

I was in their doordashing last week the manager couldn't have been any ruder to myself, other customers an employees.Very unprofessional never have i had an issue with any other restaurants in the area or managers or employees ever! I let him know he's being inappropriate and he Banned Me from the store.
Waited 5+ mins to wait for a chicken sandwich only to get cold curly fries. You would think you would toss fries down like 3 mins before the chicken sandwich is done. The fries were large and only half full. Lazy. Also brought me the bag open instead of closed shut. Spending 30$ and can’t even get satisfaction. Like dang why’d I spend my money to eat out tonight? Could have made it at home. Instantly regrets eating out.

When you go through drive through and order something yet have to go inside cuz it is wrong, you think the least they could do is apologize for messing up your order. Instead just saying he didn’t ring that up, then tell me I didn’t give you. A chance. How bout I’m sorry maam he didn’t ring that up let me fix that for you . Do better Arby’s do better !!!

Spent over $40 to feed the family and made the mistake of thinking people knew how to do their job.Order missing chicken nuggets I called to get it fixed but not going back tonight since I'm 20 min away.For my inconvenience I get a free nugget that I already paid for. What a joke. I'll also be calling corporate as I'm so over people not wanting to work and still get paid for it!Not happy and won't be back.Guess I'll stick to wendys from now on!
