Enjoy sitting outside, always friendly Pac-Man arcade game to play while you wait(keeps my boyfriend from complaining haha). Food is always fresh, love how cheesy it all is.

Line that they have the buffet for lunch and for dinner every day off the week. We drive down from Grand Rapids for it. They stick the buffet very well.
Recommended dishes: Dill Pickle Pizza, Cinnamon Sticks
We’ve eaten at BCs a few times since we moved to town from the west coast, and it was such a pleasant surprise to find a solid pizza joint nearby.
The pizza is always delicious and everyone is always so friendly when we come to pick it up - an EXTRA special shout out to Leah (not sure how you spell it, sorry girl) - I recently placed an order and had my two kiddos fall asleep in the car on my way in to pick it up. If you’re a parent, you know the dangers of waking up 2 overtired toddlers - Leah was so sweet and brought out my order so I wouldn’t have to wake them. The kindness is SO appreciated and I wanted to make sure that the rest of the staff knows that the little acts of kindness don’t go unnoticed!
Cannot recommend BCs and their team enough 🥰

As we have been to a different BC Pizza locations and have amazing experiences, our expectations were high when we decided to try this location. We arrived for lunch and were the only people in the dining area. We put our order in and then attempted to get a 2 liter to go with our order, but was told those were not for dine in customers. The pizza arrived quickly. We soon realized how it came out so fast. If we had to guess, we think the crusts are prebaked, sauced and cheesed, then pulled from the fridge and finished when an order comes in. This resulted in a the pizza having a nice crispy bottom but a soggy top and a thick layer of cheese that was barely melted and slimy, as if it was finished in a microwave. Disappointed to say the least.

Pizza is good overall. Lunch buffet is underwhelming. Overall pricing and delivery will kill your wallet.

I found BC Pizza while looking for a place to eat near my friend’s job so that I could meet her for lunch. This has kind of become a new little spot for us! We have only been here a few times but the people are always nice and the food that we have gotten is great! We have ordered 10” cheese and pepperoni pizzas and pepperoni stuffed bread sticks with the red sauce. Both have been consistently good. I will have to bring more people here!

Ordered near $200 multiple pizza order Saturday evening 6/28 for family cottage week with relatives coming in from all over. They forgot an entire pizza. No big deal.
We called to request a credit back for this. Not in store credit, but a credit back to the card, after them delivering to us in Gobles (20 min. Away) was not an option. They stated they would credit us back. It was made clear that we did not want an in store credit, they confirmed. 3 business days later, I called to follow up, having not seen the credit yet.
Talked to owner, Tim, who has owned this for 9 yrs and he stated that they “credited it back” meaning in store credit. And could not process the actual credit back to the card on the date of purchase due to “having to re-enter the entire order”.
I do not care what you have to do to make it right, but when a product is not delivered, the amount paid for should be and is legally required to be offered back to any credit card transaction service/provider used. I spoke very nicely with the owner and he kept stating that they were unable to do this. I know for a fact that you are absolutely able to do this, ESPECIALLY when caught same day (in fact, caught same hour of pickup).
When being confronted about this, being very familiar with business law, the owner simply stated jargon about batch, which has nothing to do with his ability to be able to contact the third party transactor provider to cancel the pending transaction, and re-enter the order minus the missing item which was a $20 pizza, to reflect correctly the order which was received.
This is shady, and unprofessional, and completely lazy of an owner to be unwilling to have done this at the window of opportunity when this could have been resolved having been their own error, so they can retain $20 for product that they did not give and because the alternative was too taxing.
Do the right thing next time and act more humanly and with integrity.
By the way, the order was by a 90+ yr old grandma wanting to provide food for the whole extended family coming into town.
For anyone new trying this out, I would not recommend it due to their integrity alone. They missed a whole pizza order, which is no problem in itself, but how they handled it, and their unwillingness to provide a credit back to the original payment method when it was 100% their fault, and then them lying about not being able to credit it back to the original payment method is unethical, bad business, and has also been reported to the better business bureau.
Watch when they say they will “credit you back”. Clarify this with them because they do not intend to credit your card back. They only mean in store credit.

Starting off…pizza was GREAT. Service was fantastic. My reason for 2 stars: the deserts. We grabbed 3 cookies and a brownie for desert. They were literally as hard as a piece of wood. Seriously we couldn’t chew them. Not only that they actually tasted foul like they had gone bad. The length of time they would have had to sit out to reach that state of decay and staleness…days? Weeks? A month? Do better, this is a small detail but jeez guys, that’s unacceptable oversight.
