It was kind of loud inside because of the machines running to make the specialty coffees and drinks. I ran in to get a blue berry muffin, which was fantastic. The other ones looked great too and were very fairly priced.
Parking: It is fine as long as you don't get stuck in your space because of the drive through. It seems to get backed up.

The ladies at the m89 location were so wonderful.
Faliesha and Kayleigh (sorry if I butchered spelling your name) both were very accommodating.
I came in with a large order, thankfully after rush, without calling ahead and they both were so helpful. I asked, and when they couldn't meet the exact need, they were still able to give alternatives that worked and I couldn't have been more grateful!
While they took care of getting the food and coffee they made conversation and were very polite!!!

Staff is super cool come here everyday and never any issues here! Always great service and all the girls are very welcoming Best Bigby Ever. Kristen,Liyah,Lily,Ella,Kaylea, and Hope are the BEST!
I decided to come here mainly to get a Bragle, since I haven't ate anything all day and it was well past noon. They were very busy both inside and out and only had two people working. I gave them my drink order and when I mentioned about wanting a Bragle, she told me no, because they were too busy to be handling food. I have never been denied food at any Biggbys because they were too busy.
A girl walked in and was off the clock and went behind the counter, chit chatting with the two girls working and they were not moving to make drinks for a few minutes. Just joking around. On a slower day, sure, whatever, but if you are going to deny me food, don't waste my time talking to people.
My sister and I waited 20 minutes, maybe less, to get our two drinks. There were a few people ahead of us waiting much longer than we were and the line outside was moving faster than our line inside. Which looked like the drive thur was getting first priority.
I will not be coming to this location if it happens again. Either hire more people or hire people with better customer service skills that won't deny people's orders.

My favorite barista duo was working this morning, Kaylea and Hope. When I see these two working the morning shift my day and coffee experience gets a little better. I know I will get friendly service. I know I will get fast service. But the thing I like the most is the vibe or aura of the coffee shop when they are working. Friendly, calm, fun. Keep up the great work.

We live within walking distance and would go to Biggby far more than Starbucks which we have to drive to, except the service at Biggby (one lady spoils it all) is horrible. Starbucks in Plainwell has always had wonderful and fast service! We will wait a few months and try Biggby again and see if the lady that should not be in the service industry is gone. The poor other girl was so embarrassed and was trying to compensate. We walked in once, and were so aghast at one the employees' mouth that would not stop, that we walked out.
