Very inconsistent. Gave me an iced drink this morning that has obviously been sitting out and this isn't the first time. Also pressures for tip on an already expensive drink. Quit going for a while and I wont be back again

If you are going to pay with card through drive through, leave a tip, not cash either. Angry servers will pull your drink back in, loosen the lid, and then hand it to you. Wondered what she was thinking as I handed her cash for tip in exchange for my compromised cup. Dumped a good amount in my car as I went to set it down, ruining any electronics that were sitting there. Thanks. Rest of the drink was good but service not so much.

I've been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.

Layla, Ella, and David were fantastic. I had a complex drink order, and as much as I hated to be THAT customer, they were so kind and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They introduced me to the Lissa’s Luscious Latte (from the secret menu). I wish I could’ve tipped them better.

I have been coming to this location for years, absolutely love the ladies, however recently I think this store has undergone new management and things have gone down hill. There is a bigger lady that was working, and she was so unfriendly, the way she talked to the girls I have been around for years was so disappointing. They go from being bubbly to very depressed looking very fast when she starts yelling at them. Corporate needs to address this and fast before they lose their good employees to someone who respects these young ladies.

My salted caramel latte had very little flavor very disappointed for the price. Also disappointed, they would not take my super Book coupon. They have before, but this particular person refused likely not going back.

They ALWAYS burn the milk. I got tired of driving all the way back to get them to try to fix it or just suffering through and drinking the nasty stuff. We’ve happily given our business back to Starbucks for the last few months and they’ve never burnt the milk or messed up an order. Unfortunately this isn’t the only location with these issues but it’s by far the worst one I’ve seen. For us we’d give a 10% success rate to biggby and even that is generous. I used to love biggby and speak so highly of them. Now we all laugh at you guys and go somewhere else. What happened to the original baristas in those first couple years of business that never burnt my milk???
