I ordered delivery at 5:38pm. The delivery tracker said it was going to be delivered between 6:30 and 6:51 pm. 6:55 comes and goes and I check again and the delivery tracker said my pizza was delivered at 6:16pm. But no food. I ordered 3 pizzas and parmesan bread bites. My address is on my mailbox in reflective letters and on my house and in my yard on a reflective sign. Dont know how you can get the address wrong. They delivered my order to the wrong address and then told me it was going to be 2 hours for me to get a remake. It will be a long time before I ever order from this location again.

I am so done with our local Dominos. I order and get an estimated delivery time but it's like 2 hrs later. This should not keep happening on repeat!
I was almost run down by your delivery driver. The older guy with a handicap license plate was tailgating me almost to the point of hitting my car then whipped around me to then get in front of me, to then stop because we were both getting in the turn lane to turn into Walmart. He was going fast infront of walmart too not caring if people were walking into the store or not. He then proceeds to park in a handicap spot jump out of his car and run into Walmart. (Did not appear to be handicapped)
Please look into this mans driving record there is no way he should be a pizza delivery driver.
Pizza's always cold never on time

This store used to be very good. But the last couple times we have used it they have been very slow, and just putting our pizza in the oven when it should have been ready. While some of the employees have been pleasant, others including the manager have been very short tempered when not having a good day. Not having a good day apparently includes getting more orders than they can handle than they are prepared to handle (at dinner time on weekends). We usually order on line, cause that seems simplest. But today when I went in 20+ minutes after ordering (and the site saying that it should have been done by then), our pizza was just going into the oven.
When I confronted the manager about what was going on, everything in the restaurant stopped. Everyone stopped working, except for the one girl who initially waited on me very pleasantly when I first walked in. Instead of apologizing to me, one of their best customers for sure, he raised his voice and said, “do you think just because you order pizza online that it’s gonna be ready when they say it’s gonna be ready, if there’s 10 people in front of you, there’s 10 people that are gonna get their pizzas first and you’re gonna be last.“. Somewhere in our conversation he pointed down the counter where the pizzas were “being” made and, said to me, I’ve got enough to do, “I just don’t care.” I said, yep that’s it. You just don’t care. Years ago I worked at Domino’s in Grand Rapids, we were one of the busiest stores. Most of our business was delivery and there was a 30 minute guarantee on Pizza is being delivered within that 30 minutes or they were free. That did not happen very often because our managers made sure we had enough people working in the store to care for potential busy times, which were pretty obvious. The manager threw me out of his store. I sent my daughter and wife in to pick up our pizza. The manager at that time just a few minutes later, was sitting in his office with his head in his hands and the workers that helped them were very apologetic. That being said our Pizza was in terrible condition. It came out with several, huge bubbles, which they correct by slicing the bubbles with the pizza cutter, but they do not move any of the toppings back into that vacant space. They just leave it. Back when I worked at Domino’s, there was a rolling pen thing that had sharp pickers on the end of it that would flatten any bubbles before they started. Apparently they do not do that anymore, which is too bad.

Pizza was very dry almost seemed overcooked. Bacon was hard and chewy. Onions and green peppers were basically non-existent. Had I spent full price on this large pizza, I would have been ticked off. My pizza was supposed to be first of the day and it tasted like it been sitting for 20 minutes already. It was edible I guess

Half the time they show up late with cold pizza because this store can't keep enough employees to provide quality service. And i bet they wonder why i don't tip.

I love how clean the place is. Our food is always made correctly and hot with all the freshness. My favorite customer service experience is with Emily she is always smiling, accurate with our order every time, accommodates her customers and makes the ordering process so much simpler. You can ask her anything about the deals and products available. She knows exactly what she is doing and how to get them orders out even on their busiest days. Always love any extra time she can give cause she is a Gem in that place. And truly appreciates her customers. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a good pizza / wing / pasta / hot sub or cheese bread experience, she never fails to deliver on time good food. Thanks for your hard work and efforts Emily. We appreciate you being a part of this business and my kids love your hair.

Just the other night, I had some of the best pizza I have ever had from this Dominos. I got a large meatza, pepperoni stuffed bread and lava cakes. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese and everything was so delicious, I couldn’t put it down. I get it weekly now lol, emily and enoch were really nice too and even had a conversation with me while I was waiting for my order

I loved working at the Plainwell Dominos. But, it became a struggle for me towards the end. The store manager there is absolutely rude. He favorites certain people. One day he asked if I had a disability and he had said he wasn’t going to tell anyone at all and he was a councilor at one time and he is licensed. So I had told him that I am on the autism spectrum. He told me that I would never judge you for what you have. The following week, another assistant manager had told me that he mentioned to a few people that I have a disability. A few days after she told me about that, she ended up leaving “quitting”. I had stayed a couple more weeks. I may of not liked the person that was in charge, but I absolutely loved working there because I was able to improve customer service. I am super glad that I do not work there anymore. It really stinks having to put all of my time and effort into a company and then this is how you are treated like. I hope that the company makes wiser choices in the future and I hope that this doesn’t happen ever again.

Pizzas always undercooked. Place order and its ready in 5-10 mins. I wonder why
Great pizza, but they rarely make it the way you order. I get thin crust pie cut, and it's usually square cut(which is the worst cut on the best crust). They often forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza!

This Domino's is amazing. Makes BC Pizza look like McDonald's. Their pizzas are amazing. Thin crust philly steak ? their lava cakes to die for. Their service unbeatable. I had the manager Bryce or Bryson on the phone and he was the coolest dude I ever talked to. Give this man a raise. Food is amazing. So glad they have a Domino's here. I'll never be back to BC way to expensive and the owner is manipulating and condescending. ? Love this place. 15/10 my dudes and gals. ?
