Not being dramatic, I’m obsessed with jimmy John’s but the past 7 times I’ve went, they have gotten my order wrong every single time at this location. I make one modification every single time to a sandwich and they act like I’m doing witchcraft in the drive through. Nice people, though!

This place is ridiculous they were completely dead and I was placing an order on my mobile app and was pulled out of the way of traffic which there was none. Some snotty worker came out and was really rude and told me to move which again I was out of the way and there were zero customers. Bad customer service so they lost that order for the day will not be returning.

The general manager was very nice to me. It should be rewarded for his hard work. Greatest Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.
Frequently forgets to put ordered items into bag before delivering. Will take another 45 minutes to receive missing item when contacted.

Love the food, always great. However the drive thru sucks, freaky slow all the time. I have never had an order in less than five minutes at the window. I am sitting in line behind a vehicle now for 15mins and watching three vehicles in line leave.
