Went through the drive thru, told to pull over and wait 5 min for fresh tenders. 20 minutes later went in to get my food. Fries were cold. Didn't offer anything to make it right.

Even though this is the closest kfc to me I never go here ... why? Because when I got my three potpies not only were they cols but the tops were more in the box then on the pie. Save your money .

Just got home with my food. The drive through staff were very friendly and professional, double checking that they had my order correct. Got to the window and they double checked again. The food was hot and fresh when I got home and my order was what I ordered.

The pictures say it all.They had me pull up to wait for it. Kind of weird that nobody was behind me while I waiting. I thought maybe I’ll get hot fresh chicken. Nope, it was cold, skin off it and it looked like it was been tossed around or someone peeled the skin. This place is like Russian roulette. I never know what to expect. I’m done with the Plainwell KFC.

Upon driving up to drive thru, met with attitude because I was driving a diesel truck. I didn’t even have a chance to turn my truck off, before the employee screamed indicating I blew her eardrums out. No wonder why they only have 3 stars! Keep up the great work team KFC also filing a complaint with corporate informing them how I was treated!

This place is horrible. I have been here 3 times within 3 years and every time I hope that the service and food will be better….but this 3rd time of coming here is the last time. Every time my order is messed up somehow. I ordered the 20piece meal with 5 sides . I pulled up to the window and the guy repeated my sides to me which was 3 Mac&cheese 1 sweet corn and 1 mash potato no gravy. Guess what I got 3 mash potatoes with gravy, 1 corn, and 1 Mac&cheese. I am the only one that wanted the potatoes and I don’t like gravy so those are getting thrown out and my kids are now sad bc they don’t get much Mac&cheese. As for the chicken I order the 20pc and only get 15pcs. Never will I go to a Kentucky fried chicken place again…..and to the worker you should be ashamed of yourself you know exactly what you were doing.

Dont get me started about the lady behind counter,!!! dont get me started she lied!!!!every time i go there long lines, slow horrible services. a I will hit decline from now on on doordash imlmao

Biscuits were under done, apple sauce was expired, asked for 2 macaroni and only gave me one with corn, and the size containers were small instead of big

Food was made right, ordered ahead of time and it was ready & hot at requested pick up time. Saucy nugs are delicious especially the Korean BBQ and Honey Sriracha. Passion Fruit Lighting MTN DEW was a tasty treat. Apple Pie bites were a good dessert. Strongly recommend.
