Joe always gives us great service. We received our pizza and crazy bread quickly and it was warm and delicious. Joe even noticed that I had my two grandchildren with me and gave them both a pack of Little Caesars cookies. Thanks for a great experience.

I ordered bread sticks and sauce, had to wait 20 minutes! Went inside a elderly man, younger, and a man with long ponytail! The ponytail man was happy about some other man was killed and trying to figure WHY, why is explaining to other coworkers! I am just a customer, and I am sure his coworkers & I didn't enjoy this at All! September 20,2026

Continued slow service. Don’t use the drive thru if you order ahead as they wait to complete an entire order before taking the next one. Seems to be due to being understaffed or undertrained on how to manage multiple orders. I know little Caesar’s isn’t the highest quality but they used to make up for it with cost and speed. Not the case for this store. You’re better off at the domino’s across the street in the Walmart TBH.

While passing through on 131 we stopped for our favorite Little Caesars! Wife went in to order and no hot and ready, told 10 minutes after waiting for someone to take order. Waited 10 minutes or so and guy walked out and asked if wife needed something!! This Little Caesars needs Mrs.Mary Illitch to visit and teach these people about management of their failing franchise. Arguably one of the worst managed Little Caesars in existence. They need Charles from Little Caesars in Ann Arbor near U of M stadium to come and teach these people how to make Little Caesars work. Sorry people, you really need to get after it!

30 minutes for Bread sticks Customers were walking out the door after 45 minutes without there food Manger/ counter guy was so rude blamed it on pizza ovens weren’t fast enough to keep up with the guy making pizzas. This place will never change Store manager said corporation doesn’t care get the order and cash they will wait because they paid already.

Always behind! Supposed to be hot and ready! Now 35 to 40 minutes if you're lucky and hopefully they don't forget to put your order in. Otsego little Caesars has really went down hill because there's no real management anymore..

At around 645pm on 5-12-25 my boyfriend and I went to get food for our family. We stood in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged there was another gentleman also all 3 stood for what seemed 10 minutes then the worker basically told the other gentleman what he was gonna get for food and shoved it at him we stood for about 10 more mins I tried several times to get his attention then out of nowhere this extremely angry customer comes flying in the store cussing and threatening at this point we left and went somewhere else. Staffing was definitely an issue tonight. The 2 people I saw in the store were incapable of running it effectively I know I'm in that store alot DO BETTER!!!

I called an hour and a half ahead on a Saturday morning, and they took my order of 17 large pizzas for our bus group even though they were already pretty busy.
I always get my pizza in less than 10 minutes! Great attitude and customer service every time i’m in there! Joey is the man!! Kudos to all the workers in there, they do a great job to get your order quickly and with quality every time!
