If I could give a million stars I would. We were looking for someone to cater the luncheon for my dad’s funeral and right from the beginning, Dyer was incredibly kind and sympathetic. She responded to our inquiry quickly and when we met with her she helped us create a menu to honor his memory and the food was phenomenal. I would recommend her and her company to anyone. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Dyer and her crew at River Road Foods. They catered my Uncles Memorial service on Sunday June 23rd at the States Golf Course in Vicksburg. Not only did they make the best sandwiches on homemade bread but also southwest potato salad, pasta salad, fresh veggie trays and the most amazing cookies. they also delivered and sat everything up (on a Sunday) Everything was delicious and presented beautifully.
