We walk in and order take out. Have always had a good experience with this location however last Tuesday was BAD! Staff was NOT friendly - nobody smiled - sandwich was ...well, just not good - even though it was the same as I always get - it felt like they were skimping on meat even though prices have escalated over $3 a FL sandwich. We WILL NOT BE BACK!

If you're going to Subway in
Plainwell, you're better off going inside. If you go thru the drive-thru sandwiches are made sloppy and they forget toppings or a sandwich all together. Overall experience is a 4 in store. Drive-thru needs work. So I'm giving it a 1.

The manager allows the workers to have the open sign on and have the door locked 40 minutes before they close. When I walked up the workers seen me and dropped down behind the counter so I couldn't see them. If they don't want customers then they should close the doors and leave the Plainwell area. The owner should fire all the workers that were working tonight. 8/24/24 8:20pm

I had went into the subway drive thru earlier this evening I ordered what I usually do.footlong ham pepper jack lettuce spinach green pepper banana pepper extra pickles and chipotle. I received the sub, NO pickles. Right then and there I was livid how do you say extra pickles and receive none. Then while I was eating it I found an onion in it. I am allergic to onions. I’m so glad I caught it when I did. I then inspected the sandwich to make sure there was no more and I didn’t eat any. I found none but I did find a black olive. This really makes me question the cleanliness of their stations. Do better.

We came 9 minutes prior to closing. I didn’t know until my husband said something as we were checking out. They whipped up our 4 subs super quick. In fact we have never had such fast service at a subway. Hats off to these two young employees even if it was because they wanted to go home ?

Our family has had okay service the past three months. The interior was clean and the staff were kind.

My complaint is the pickup order we had today. It seems the meme that if you order online/mobile they don't care about your order may be true. We rarely order online but wanted to take advantage of the deals via the app. Bread and toppings were wrong.

I was once a Sandwich Artist. It's not that hard.

Terrible experience. Food was wrong. Manager was very rude regarding it. Would not fix it. Told me to bad basically. How hard is your job, and how much do you hate your life to mess up orders that bad then proceed to blame the customer.

Manager is so rude and she was throwing food in garbage and used the same hand to make subway. The place was not appealing , it was nasty and unorganized. Not proper hygiene maintained. We walked out. Don’t use drive through here.

I just want to say thank you, I didn't know what I wanted to eat tonight but I knew it wasn't subway. My girlfriend on the other hand would accept nothing other than subway. Ultimately my hand was forced and I had to purchase subway. With disappointment, I got home, sat down and looked at the most perfectly put together subway sandwich I have ever witnessed. A truly unbelievable performance here, whichever theoretical physicist put this sandwich together 1000% deserves a promotion to be the CEO of subway. My disappointment was met with an unstoppable force of beauty and I will be forever grateful.
