got a 6 inch sub and ordered more lettuce and easy dressing, got basically less lettuce and it was drenched in sauce

They gave me an orange juice that was brown and chunky. Wasn’t expired quite yet but very close to the expiration date. Very sad about my brown orange juice:(

I got to make any 6-in salad everybody was nice there was just so much dressing on the salad that I couldn't taste anything else.
Like soooooooo much dressing.
Ask for your dressing on the side.

Just stopped and ordered 2 subs, both breads were soaked & falling apart, the wrappers were wet & ripped. To pick up both subs & see all the dressing run out is gross. We didn't ask for heavy dressing either. Definitely won't go again

Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else unless you like being treated like you’re inconveniencing them.
This location has had the same people with the worst customer service talking at you with half a pulse. As soon as you hit the drive thru window, you’re greeted with the card reader set up on the tip screen. There are a few employees that are not like that, but my overall experience has been dull, rude, and very pushy for tips. I’ll go to Allegan or D Ave from here on out.

Ordered a salad. Didn't cut up meat. Asked about it got rude with us cuz we wanted the meat for our salad cut up. Ordered a wrap. Didn't wrap it tight. Carried it freely from counter to counter dropping about 1 third of the stuff out of the wrap. Girl rang us up before food was finished then walked away. Had to explain we already paid. Just poor poor service.

If I could give this a negative star plus more, I would right now. They close at 9 from what I can tell. Ordered from the app the BOGO1 deal at 750 ish. 2 meatball subs made the same way (paid extra for 50% more meatballs and extra provolone). My husband was in the parking lot when I ordered. He walked in to wait and the subs were being made. We live less than 5 minutes away. Meatballs are straight frozen (Grey centers). Tried to call right away. Not once , but twice. No answer and VM full. Not trying to get sick from undercooked food. I mean, not even warm. Not even going to attempt to eat it. With food prices the way they are, you should be ashamed when people are trying to eat on a budget. 😔 So disappointed. What a waste of hard earned $.

As busy as they were, it really amazes me on how the service really sucked. They didn't put any teriyaki sauce on my chicken when they heated up the chicken and then they really jipped me on the veggies. My son's pizza sub was just crust, the bread inside was almost scooped out. My husband had to repeat his order a few times to the girl making his sandwich and it just overall wasn't a good experience for how much we paid for 4 subs. Never will go back to that subway.

The service there is pretty good! One of the employees (Jordan) always knows my order!
I was charged more then the cashier was stating as the price. When I told her about it she just restated the price she had told me and didn't try to help me find out why. After I got the receipt it showed a tip had been added. I did not add a tip. Then she told me I had added a tip. I told her I hadn't even touched the screen (I just tapped my card). She basically told me I was lying. She said I had put the tip on there. I wasn't happy about the tip being added without my approval, but would have let it go until she called me a lier. Because of that I will not go back to subway again. The cashiers need to be trained better.
Just had lunch there. Although busy, it was super fast and generous on toppings. The way they should be. No other subway in the area is even close. Well done Otsego.
