I was so excited to try this on vacation but left wanting better. Got 1 dozen donuts, 1 dozen holes and 1 giant nut cinnamon roll. Price was decent for the amount. But the donuts just tasted like grease. Lots of fun options but actual donuts were sad.

This appears to be a new(er) store? Went in on a Wednesday morning about 9am and the 4 donuts we chose we stale. The floors were absolutely nasty, sticky, dirty. The men's bathroom was just about the same. I don't think it's ever seen a mop. Do better.

I had some very bummed family members today… you were open but the drive thru had a sign saying “drive thru closed, come inside”... we didn’t have time to unload and come inside today. We love to support this local business and really hope this isn’t a permanent change.

I have appointments 4times a year in Plainwell and we usually stop at the donut shop, We ordered glaze twist and the were all under cooke, nothing but dough on the inside. I think I ve made my last trip to that shop.
