Food is yummy, but it gives me stomach issues if I eat to much!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They fail to maintain their property in the weather conditions. I slid into the curb in the drive thru because they failed to salt. Juli from Risk and Safety claims there’s nothing that can be done with the damage that was caused to my vehicle. Stay away, even more if it’s snowing.

I usually come here for Lunch/Dinner and tonight, my boyfriend and I came through the drive thru. As we were ordering, the cashier was very snotty and rushing us through the ordering process with absolutely no patience. I understand it can get busy, but there was no reason for such rudeness and hostility to someone trying to order from the menu.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Taco Bell, and I feel obligated to share just how unacceptable it was. Finding hair in my food was already disgusting enough, but what happened when I tried to report it was even worse. I called to let the store know about the issue, hoping for at least a basic level of professionalism, but instead I was met with rudeness and indifference. The employee on the phone didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge the seriousness of the situation, and actually hung up on me mid-complaint. That is absolutely unacceptable for any business—especially one that handles food.
If a customer takes the time to call about a health-related issue, the bare minimum expectation is to be listened to. Instead, it felt like the staff couldn’t be bothered to deal with a problem they caused. This isn’t just “bad customer service”—it shows a complete lack of respect for the people who spend their money there. It also raises questions about the store’s cleanliness and staff training. Hair in the food is already a clear sign that something is wrong, but staff hanging up on customers makes it even more obvious that the problems go deeper than just the kitchen.
I’m not asking for an over-the-top reaction—just accountability. A simple apology, a replacement, or even a basic acknowledgment of the issue would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I was dismissed, ignored, and treated like an inconvenience. If Taco Bell managers allow employees to behave like this, it reflects extremely poorly on the entire establishment.
Taco Bell needs to seriously reevaluate how this location handles customer complaints, because right now it feels like they don’t care at all. Food safety matters. Hygiene matters. Customer service matters. If a business can’t manage those three basic things, then customers deserve to know so they can spend their money somewhere else. After this experience, I certainly will.

You really have a winner with Trayvon! He was awesome took my order was pleasant to talk to the whole package. However the methy lady running the drive thru screwed my order up forgetting 3 tacos! Was in and out in 4 minutes probably. I was starving just to get home and everyone’s food is there but mine! 11/12/25 at 330 pm.
Messed up my 30$ order. I called and talked to a manager, super cool about it. I showed up 2 weeks later. They have no recollection of my order. Was never wrote down. Asked if I still had my receipt. Are you serious? Like I'm going to keep a taco Bell receipt that long! And again This time Robert messed up my order the first time back! Way to go Plainwell Taco Bell.
Always my number one spot to go after school with my friends. The notcho fries are the best tho so those should be kept all year.

I would recommend going to a different taco bell. Poor food quality, mistakes in orders, poor service, long wait times, and an annoyingly designed drive thru.

Just drive to a different taco bell. Ordered for a family of 4. Not a single thing was correct. Paid extra for chicken and instead I received ground beef. Our chicken quesadilla didnt have any chicken. Next time just tell us you ran out of chicken instead.

This is the best Taco Bell that I've been to in a lot of years. The nacho Bell grande was actually made really well. I haven't had a decent nacho Bell grande since way before Covid. Taco bell is usually a last resort fast food for me but I'll actually probably return to this location more willingly than any other location. Good job
