I ordered online and when I got there the employee said they were closed and I would be refunded and I never got my refund after multiple times contacting them. The employees wouldn’t refund it either

11-2-24... no Baja Blast Zero for a few weeks. Bummer man!
9-29-24... cheez-it tostada I ordered today. Big bummer as this is my first time trying it. It was a mess, and I did not receive a fork. Pretty tasty, but I would not order it again.

(11/10/21) UPDATE- Lowering my rating. Closes randomly without warning to its customers. Closed Easter Sunday, which seemed odd, but ok. One day in the drive-thru I had 5 cars behind me, all eagerly waiting to place orders. I sat at the speaker for a solid 5 minutes, no greetings, no answers. I had to use my cell phone to call the restaurant. I said "hello? I'm outside in the drive-thru and there's 5 cars behind me." The gal said to me on the phone, "Oh... uh... we're closed. The sign I put up must have blown away." Seriously? It was a Sunday morning before Columbus Day. I drove off and the people behind me in line still sat and waited to place orders. How about you use better practices, place an orange cone at the entrance of the drive, or maybe turn on your headset to let people know that it's closed. Total waste of my, and others time.
Breakfast menu is always a problem at this location. Last weekend they didn't have any egg, so I had to get an eggless burrito, which was extremely disappointing. The coffee machine was "broken"
The coffee machine is constantly "broken" I don't know what's happened over the course of a year at this location... but yikes! There's a serious supply issue here. Other examples include not having the correct paper bags, only having size small cups, not having bottled water etc etc. Extremely disappointed.
On 3 different occasions we have been shorted on our order. Once just chips, another time a taco another time a extra cheese.

Service was friendly, but super slow. 15 minutes to get food to eat in. Then tell me they don't have shells for the doritos taco in my meal. Food was good.

This restaurant has gone downhill since covid. Everything sucks. Service times are a nightmare. The food is mediocre at best. Seems like everyone is in a rush even if there isn't anyone behind you. Won't let you finish your order without being interrupted 15k times, with *is there anything else* Overall experience is just horrible. New management needs to be in place and stop hiring potheads. Maybe this could be a better business review. But until things change, I'm sticking to low stars.

ive always gone to this Taco Bell with no issue but for some reason yesterday my card was charged twice, one of them not being my order and a higher amount than my food even cost. so my two items ended up costing me 30+ dollars. not sure if somebody is stealing money and swiping cards twice or if it was an accident
Its ok.. not great. I would recommend for a quick stop bettter than most fast food

The window person literslly argued with me over the sign telling me they offered a cheese it box with cinnamon twists in it. It was on the sign and I kept explaining that. Then a new person said the sign must be wrong they don't have that box. Then fix it! Do your job! Don't argue with the customer. Honestly, if your sign says it you need to honor it or it's false advertisement.
