I was hoping to drop in after picking out on finding some single cupcakes for a friend's birthday, called to ask some questions no answer twice during business hours and no voicemail picked up. I drove by and it appeared to be just someone's house at the address on Google. No signage at street to indicate even a cottage business. All pics online show cases leading one to believe this is a bakery though.
Happy to update this review if I can actually find you and try you though. Just don't want to knock on a random door.

Ordered a custom Atomic cake for a party we had this weekend. I was informed that they had never made this cake before, but they were excited to try to make it. I was very impressed; the cake was delicious, the fillings were homemade and sooo good. I very much appreciated the transparency up front and the dedication to make their customers happy. I will 100% order from here again!

Sugar Palace Bakery made a small cake, cupcakes, and cake pops for our wedding. Brandie delivered and helped set everything up beautifully for no extra charge. Everything tasted just as great as it looked, too! There were even some great GF options. We couldn’t have been happier!

We were really hoping to love the Sugar Palace, but after a handful of sweets we were both like, “eh, it’s okay.” We bought 4 different kinds of cupcakes and some of the cake part was dry and powdered ingredients weren’t blended well, and had one where it was not baked all the way. It was doughy in the middle and could not finish it. They all were beautiful looking and the frosting was a great consistency. I like how the baker blends flavors together, but some of them didn’t quite pack the punch I hoped for. We may come back in a few months to try again later..

Working with Brandy leading up to the wedding was fantastic too, she was friendly, professional and timely with communication. Highly recommend 😊
