Ordered drive thru: 2 salted caramel frostys and a burger. Excited to try new flavor of Frosty but they gave us regular flavor. How damn hard is it to get a simple order like that correct???

I give 2 stars because the employees at this location are always very personable. However, I cannot tell you HOW many times we've gone in the last hour of business, only to be told that the Frosty machine is down. As someone who has worked retail, you don't make unavailable the item you're most known for. We had actually stopped going more than a year ago, due to our frustration with this. But with the new salted caramel Frosty, my husband and I have been wanting to try them. And we realize you're open several hours a day, but if it's more than your employees can handle, perhaps you should close an hour early...if the full menu isn't going to be available. Wendy's ISN'T a bar. The kitchen is ALL you do. Nothing should stop until you close...especially when the Frosty is what you are known for. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! ALSO, WE DON'T BUY FAST FOOD HARDLY AT ALL!!!

Placed Online order. Was 5 mins early so I watched them make my food. 2 customers at front counter dining in. Front counter worker takes fries out of hand of person preparing my order and says" give the door dash the cold fries and give dine in the hot ones". Chili was almost all water with thin layer of chili (not even spoon deep). Take this how you want.

Stopped in this morning to get breakfast since I was in the area. Went into the restaraunt instead of the drive thru. There was 3 or 4 people working I guess. Manager came to the fryer to fill drive thru orders 2x. He had to walk in my direction so why he did not see me waiting at the counter is beyond me. After 8 or 10 minutes I called back to see if the counter was open. Then one of the staff waved at the guy that was working the counter to come take my order. He was friendly took my order glad I drew out cash before I stopped . Because their card reader was down, not the fault of them. Got breakfast home, one breakfast sandwich was ok . But the honey bacon chicken sandwich had no bacon n it, the croissant was dry and stale my wife said it was like it was freezer burnt. I don't think lint is as dry as the sandwich was. I read that Wendys is closing some of its under preforming locations. If this is the quality of food and service this restaraunt performs at no great loss if it closes. I will not eat here ever again!!

I went thru the drive thru for breakfast and ordered va bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich .and when I got home it was a hamburger bun with sausage,egg,bacon and cheese.not what I ordered.tje wrapper said chicken on it.I would of brought it back but I was already home and I couldn't even eat it.

Love their breakfast! Breakfast baconator is delicious and their breakfast potatoes dipped in the ghost pepper ranch is straight up fire! Caramel Frosty iced coffe is decent as well. Strongly recommend over Mcd's or BK.

Really slow service when drive thru is backed up. Only take one order at a time to make there SOS (speed of service) look better to cooperate, but it slows everyone down. Saw many people leave the line because of how slow it was. Guess they don't like making money

I ordered a #10 but with a spicy chicken on it. I work 5 min away and when I opened my sandwich up, the chicken patty was so overcooked and dry I couldn't eat the sandwich.
This restaurant is fast and efficient.

I am not impressed with the service, nor the chicken sandwich and fries that we ordered tonight! The chicken sandwich was paper thin . I know they seen it was dried out . The fries were burnt. The guy taking our order was rushing us when ordering. We will not be returning anytime soon. Too expensive no quality to the food! ?? Plainwell Wendy's do better please!
