don’t recommend they’re chicken wraps, they are really good but only when they are fresh. i ordered 2 of them, and they’re supposed to make fresh chicken. this time they didn’t, it’s hard and dry, the tortilla is rock hard.

They closed the one on 9th in Kalamazoo and figured I would go to this one with the chance. I counted 11 people who walked out after waiting in line for 17 minutes. I know it's tuff to get good people but look at Culver's and Chick-fil-A, you are very mismanaged.

They need to clean there store and work on their employees they all look super scruffy and dirty I'm not trying to judge but they are preparing and making my food for me to eat they do not look like they care to ever wash anything. On there body let alone there hands,same goes for taco bell and burger king and McDonald's there in plainwell it's sad

Stopped here for lunch on a trip up north. Had to twice tell the person they rang my order up wrong, after repeating myself multiple times. Then got on the road only to find out that the was no bacon on any of the sandwiches that were all supposed to have bacon, chicken nuggets were cold, fries were cold. I think this whole chain is going down hill have not found a Wendy’s anywhere in Michigan that can put a decent order together lately.

Came to get lunch with my family. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, 2 employees walked past us and didn't even acknowledge us what so ever. Nobody came to take our order. So we walked out and went to Arbys down the road.
Waited 5 minutes at the ordering booth with no greeting. Only two people in line. SLOW

I went through the drive thru window around 4:30pm yesterday. I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets combo meal. The nuggets tasted like they had been warming all day-they were chewy, no meat, hard and simply disgusting. A waste of $9.49. Do not stop if you need food quick off the freeway, go down the street literally anywhere else. It was the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had.
