We come here for lunch some Sunday's after church. Generally we beat the Baptists so there isn't a wait.We have never had a bad experience here. Staff is great and the order is always right. Ms Laura is a pleasure to deal with.

Went there on 3-6-2024, about 1:15 pm. The drive thru "kid" was super obnoxious, told me a total, which I couldn't understand, and to drive around. Said the total atleast 3 more times to which I still couldn't understand, all the while with a big smile on his face and almost laughing. The lady making the drinks to the side of him was trying not to laugh herself. He was saying like 78, at first i thought he was saying like 78 doll hairs or something, but he just being stupid, because my total was 7.87. Finally got a clear answer out of him, he took my money, closed the window. Then immediately opened it again and with half his body hanging out the window obnoxiously waved and yelled goodbye to a car that abandoned the wait at the drive thru menu. I've always like the staff at this particular Arby's. But will think twice before going to this particular one again.

This is the only Arby’s I’ve been to that makes me feel like into my local Cheers bar. It is a fast food restaurant that remembers your name and often your recent orders! Still fast, still quality food, but the staff seems to be enjoying their job! I would HIGHLY recommend THIS ARBYS! It is the management and staff that keeps me coming back??

Ordered a Beef and Cheddar combo through the drive thru. Curly fries were cold and not edible! Sandwich was not cold but not warm either. Paid over $10 for this meal…. I would think the least they can do is not serve old cold curly fries. Tried calling using the phone number on the receipt and no answer. They weren’t busy, there was only one other car in the drive thru behind me.
This review is for the wagyu burger. Have had wagyu in Japan and have bought some wagyu steaks from Costco. The wagyu steaks are definitely superior to angus, but not so in a burger. I ordered with cheese and it came with the usual accoutrements. The plus was that it was not overcooked like all the rest of the burger joints. There was a hint of pink in the center. Good size patty probably over a quarter pound. Taste was nothing special and definitely needed salt.

My chicken sandwich was a little dry but it was good.
Store manager arguing with a customer about giving their name and calling him a big fat effing chicken. Then proceeds to say I don't get paid enough to deal with people when she created the issue.... Worst experience of customer service hands down

Tried the new philly steak sandwich and it was awful didn't look anything like the pictures it was mushy hardly any meat and way too much sauce never order it again ?

Typically go here, great service and Arby's is our go-to for fast food; unfortunately today was not the case. We waited at the speakerbox for about 5 minutes, nothing was said to us, no "Please give us a moment" or anything. My boyfriend was tapping on our car while we were waiting, and suddenly we got a "Can I help you buddy?" said in a rude tone. After we ordered and pulled up to the window we didn't get any apologies, and I decided I didn't want to escalate the issue; I came onto here to just express my frustration.
Best Arby's around. Everyone working here is great. Customer service is handled very well at this location.
