I stopped in tonight with my 3 kids and was blown away by the Manager Stefanie’s service and making our time a wonderful experience. I ordered the kids their sandwiches/chicken tenders and one large drink to share and a large fry. Stefanie gave us an additional large fry. She later came over and asked if the kids wanted toys and picked out 3 for each of them. Following that, she brought out 3 chocolate shakes on the house for the kids to drink. I was having a rough...

My daughter is in the hospital and only wants Arby's so I have been there many times. The wait time has always been less than 5

The service is always fast and friendly, but the food isn't as good as it used to be. The sliders have less roast beef than they used to and the piece of chicken they use now is more like a chicken nugget/tender than a slider-sized piece of chicken like it used to be. If they had kept the original pricing, I could understand the smaller serving size, but they also cost twice what they did a few years ago.
