I know I just ran in for a quick bagel, but that didn't happen. Service was slow. Of the 4 coffee urns, I only liked 2 of the flavors. Of those two, one was empty and the other ice cold. Amazing.Had to ask for coffee. Might as well have gone and made it myself, as long as it took. Other customers were typical and had no manners. The company that owns Einstein reached out to me and was able to refund my meal. They were apologetic regarding the incident and I appreciated the fact that they reached out to me and were able to refund me for the meal I received. I am not sure I will venture out but I will say their customer service made up for the sandwich I had!
I visited Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast and enjoyed a quick and friendly service despite the busy morning rush.Their strawberry banana smoothie was perfectly blended and refreshing. The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich was tender, juicy, and paired wonderfully with the toasted jalapeño bagel.
