Stopped in late. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating especially our waitress but I can't recall her name. She was a younger girl and I believe her name started with an A, maybe Alicia. She even offered us a drink to go as we were walking out! Food was excellent but more than that it so nice to see employees who truly appreciate their customers. Also, the place was very clean. Will be visiting again!
Everything was great until we got the bill. Thirty-six dollars for two Big Boy hamburgers (no fries) and two shakes. That's $42 with tip. Way too expensive for a hamburger and shake. The place was pretty empty and I'm wondering if the prices were the problem. I'll be surprised if its around two years from now.
Ice cream shakes and great burgers, what more can you ask for? While you might not get all the flare of some “fancy” restaurants, you will get a great tasting burger and a side of fries that will all but your stingiest foodies.
Service was prompt and attentive without being in our business the whole time, which is exactly what you want.
