I have tried almost everything at Blue Kuna. Everything is delicious. My favorite is the ribs, smoked perfectly and tender, they do fall off the bone. The chicken and brisket are also outstanding. As far as sides…baked beans and Mac and cheese are delicious. The cornbread is the sweet kind, the jalapeño cornbread is spicy and sweet. The coleslaw is interesting, the lemon through me off. We loved our food. We ordered a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich, both combos (they came with two small sides).....well let me tell you, there was nothing small about any of this! The larger section of the container has a bottom bun, but you couldn't see it for all the meat that covered the entire section. The other two sections had huge servings! Those who know me may call me a pulled pork connoisseur or maybe a pulled pork snob. They know what I’m ordering anytime it’s on the menu. Today, I went to Blue Kuna for the first time. This may be the best pulled pork I’ve ever had in my decades of life! It was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The place is adorable.
