chicken was crispy, flavorful, and juicy, wedges were soft on the inside and crispy outside, mashed potatoes were good, the biscuit was moist and delicious. fantastic food and good portions, I will be coming back here in the future
As someone with celiac disease, I am so grateful to have places I can eat at safely with my family. Beyond that tho, they're chicken is really really good! I'm not able to try the regular recipe to compare, my family says they're both really good. I'm less than a year into my diagnosis, so my palate is still very used to the texture of regular wheat flours, and I can't tell a difference with their breading. It's well seasoned, crispy and the chicken...
First time trying Broasted Brothers and I was not disappointed! I ordered the cod with potatoes wedges and also tried their roasted chicken. Firstly the cod was exceptional with great flavor from the batter. The chicken was crispy but very moist and ranks high on my list for best fried chicken. The sauces were also great especially the Boom Boom sauce. If you haven't tried Broasted Brothers, I highly recommend them.
