In the drive thru when they ask you to pull up to the door. Say no, because they will bring the food out, without napkins or condiments. Fries are cold and the oil is also old. The whopper was pretty good.

The staff is always very sweet and they remember sauces. Those are the only reasons I gave any stars.Two times ago, I waited in line over 10 minutes just to get to the speaker. By the time I got out, I had been there for over 20 minutes.Last time, they were out of lettuce and tomato.This time, the burger bun is so burnt, it's not being eaten.

Ordered ahead, doors were locked. Had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed through a virtual assistant. This company seems understaffed from top to bottom.

There is always some issue when I go to this burger King, but mostly they ask almost every car to "pull around to the side" outside of lunch hours. It doesn't matter rather there is a car behind you in line or not. It also doesn't matter if you just have a double cheeseburger and order if fries.When you ask them to just give you your food they get a massive attitude with you.I'm a patron of buyer king for years and this place that is on my path to my office and way home is the WORSE seriver ever. Like this is burger King so sometimes you just want that flame grilled burger, but this locations service def have you second guessing rather its worth the annoyance to stop there just to have to pull to the front and have someone with a massively horrible attitude preparing your food.Do Better. Be better. Customers are still customers. The corporation needs to send someone out in secret a couple of times to verify this sketchy behavior and odd practice.

Order is completely wrong 9/10 times. I still eat it and just shake my head but my boyfriend just cant eat when they don't get his order right.

If you are in a hurry... don't go here. Pulled up to the drive thru (#3 in line) and sitting there for 5 minutes and only have 1 car move. Decided to walk in. Couldn't, because the doors were locked. Returned to drive thru and waiting for 20 minutes finally got my order taken. Yes I should have left sooner. Finally left BK drive thru at 3:59 pm. Next time I promise, I'll go to Canton.

Omg, I ordered a whopper burger and this is what I got. Nothing inside, but patty meat. Unbelievable!!! The meat is even overcooked. Why me? I don't get it?
