As far as Burger King food, it was consistent with the taste. I got the chicken sandwich cut in half, even without cheese it's kinda salty. I ate a frw fries, they had the right amount of salt, and the fountain drink was good. They took a little longer to make the sandwich considering there was no line inside, and a short one outside. Other than that I have no complaints.
The food was really slow and they struggled to enter a free whopper code from the survey. They also had us pull up when they weren't busy and it was 1:25pm so it wasn't because of lack of food in the drive-thru. After attempting to enter our code a second time at the drive-thru after they still tried to charge us for the whopper completely disregarding our previous attemp to use the free whopper coupon, the worker pulled out her manager Ryan. Ryan was absolutely wonderful...
My drive-thru order was mixed up with another person. Then I needed to go inside to get it straightened out and get my order. The fries were room temperature. The soda dispenser did not have any ice.
