Cantoro's Italian Market - Plymouth

Service and food is always excellent. A highly unique restaurant with a great atmosphere. Our server Lynn did an outstanding job. Should be on everyone's "have to go" list.

Kathy was a great server. She was attentive and patient, at the same time, with our large group. The food was delicious. The music was a bit too loud and interesting, not the genre or style that is relaxing or easy for conversation.

normally a better experience, but the AC was malfunctioning in the primary dining room. My heart went out to the staff as it was not comfortable for many diners, and they were working so hard. Management really should have sent someone out to get large floor fans to help out. I don't know if that is what caused the service to slow down, but it was also quite noticeable (we are repeat customers). Otherwise, food good as usual (although the Mint Chocolate Chip Gelato really didn't have chips - I had to order chocolate syrup to soothe my chocaholic tastebuds.

Kathy our waitress was amazing! She gave us good suggestions on what to order, and was timely with drink refills. Food was superior, the Veal was served very tender and in a great sauce.

Cantoro is always a good choice, however, if you would like a lighter lunch, there are not many options. It would be nice to have a few more salad options with more vegetables or lighter sandwich options for lunch

We have been shopping at Cantoro's for years and have always had it on our list to dine at the restaurant. We went there for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. We loved the ambience, the service and there's not enough to say about the food as it was all wonderful. Will definitely be returning and love the idea of going with a small group as well.

We make it a habit to eat here three or four times a year. Is always excellent. My husband had a special request for an Arabiata dish that they happily accommodated. We have had several servers, all of whom have been absolutely accommodating and wonderful. No wonder the place is always packed and we love to go to the market afterward.

All our food choices tasted amazing. Our server was excellent - attentive, friendly and he gave good recommendations. Great restaurant overall!

Birthday dinner was fabulous. Appetizers, salmon, gnocchi and risotto entrees were all delicious. Service was again exceptional during a peak hour. Tiramisu and gelatos were a great end to a perfect celebration. Look forward to our next visit.

My (Italian) husbands favorite place to shop! Cantoro's is a one stop shop for Italian food. First stop os the pastry/bread department. While everything looks delicious, I can vouch for the cannoli, macaroons, chocolate bomb and lemon bomb only. Delicious l, each one. We always get the batard and cranberry, walnut bread, both outstanding. In the meat deli you can't miss with the New York or fennel sausage. The selection of pasta is truly amazing only outdone by their wine selection.
Two things some people might call deficits. First, regardless of what day or time, Cantoro's is a bustling place. People are everywhere and grabbing a number is required. If your prepared for the crowd, which is generally very courteous, you'll be fine. Second, nothings cheap. We think it's worth the extra $ for the quality of the products, but that's a personal call.
At least stop in and check it out, you won't regret it!

Was in town for a tattoo hit this spot on way home. The smell of the fresh bread yum. So many choices for dinner.

You can always count on superb food and service at Cantoro's. It's our go-to restaurant for special occasions. Delicious!
