When I ask for the holiday cookie frozen latte, it was given to me with no cookie crumbs. Once I ordered the s’mores iced latte and it was given to me with no toppings. I don’t think they should do that, I want what I PAID for.
I come to this location often as I work close by. The staff are always very sweet and never seem to be in a bad mood or irritated. This location can get busy but they hustle and never make you wait too long. They do sometimes go out of order but I’m sure they have their reasoning and process. Coffee and food is always good. I love that I can come get a coffee and be surrounded by similar faces and good vibes. Thanks for being so sweet!
They take your order and make it before taking another order. The drive through is always long and takes forever just to place your order. But because no one else is getting their order made it's very quick.
