Great 🌮 and Quesadillas Will be back to try another vendor
Second time I’ve tried the thyme machine food truck and it hasn’t disappointed yet! The first time I had the chicken shawarma, it was HUGE and so good! Stopped here a gain for a quick bite before an appointment, I got the chicken shawarma salad, it’s so good and filled with so much chicken! I love the dressing, I’ll be back just for this. You order in on a kiosk the woman always comes to the window to say hello, and is very friendly!
Thyme Machine is my favorite. Beef or chicken hummus platter 😋

Food Truck Park is a fun place with rotating trucks, including the popular Portillo's beef bus and Loco food truck with great nachos and chicken loco burritos. The parking is limited, but the experience is worth it. With vegetarian options, kid-friendly atmosphere, and ample parking (including handicap spots), it's a must-visit for delicious food and a unique dining experience year-round.
