Kimchi box is always delicious but the lady with the stone face is very off putting. She gave me my food and watched me like a hawk as I grabbed my drinks to make sure I wasn't stealing extra drinks I suppose. The previous visit there my boyfriend felt upset by her and he rarely let's anything bother him. She felt she was very rude yet kinder to the Caucasian customer that came behind us. She just needs basic manners not to be overly friendly just the basics.

Visited here for the first time and food was tasty! Especially the “sassy fries” Portion sizes were good and there’s a large variety of menu items to choose. Service was average, neither great nor poor. Value was ok as well. Only thing that could be improved is the drink selection- there’s no soda fountain, only a few cans. Though they have some specialty “creams” that I didn’t try. Will be back!
Ordered online for the 6th time for 7pm. They always send text 45 minutes early stating food is ready for pickup. … at 615 instead of 7. I talked to cashier and she said it was made much earlier but it is still ready for pickup now it’s 7. Cold, old, over priced food.

I come here often with my boyfriend and am quite fond of the sundubu, a soft tofu stew. The people working there are very gracious. They remember who we are, what we order, and anticipate our needs. For example, when I order the Sundubu, I like to take the leftovers home with me. The workers have noticed this and started giving me a container for leftovers with my meal. They also always kindly come to help us put our dishes away and tell us goodbye when we leave

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a great experience, not just for me but for all my guests as well.
There have been a few times when the food was running late, but she never failed to keep things smooth, offering complimentary drink while we waited. She’s always attentive, friendly, and works with a professionalism that’s hard to come by. Even during busy times, she ensures we’re well taken care of and comfortable.
It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile to ensure your dining experience is top-notch, she’s your go-to person.
