Was able to speak with Michael over the phone. He was very patient took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly didn’t feel rushed didn’t feel unwanted. He made everything Crystal clear as to what was needed before we made our arrival at the bowling alley.
We recently had my 6-year-old nephew’s birthday party at Plaza Lanes and overall had a good experience. The party package was decent, although it would have been nice if food was included instead of having to purchase it separately. The email confirmation and package details could also be clearer about exactly what is and isn’t included.

The past six months I come here once a month and reserve 1-2 lanes for me and my friends. The people who run this place are so friendly and helpful. The bartenders could be a lot nicer / faster, but it is what it is
