Working here was a joke. The managers are awful, do not know how to manage a healthy staff. The workers have a drinking a drug problem. Do not work here. Sent my check in the mail, damn losers. It's strange how an excop can say, the manger looks at me as a threat after two text messages, I guess new owners in a year. A lot of drunk drivers come from here. Professional work is not here. Welcome brandy. Don't ever hire brandy. Make sure she stays here. She gave me her meds and this will go in a report. Keep bad workers out of Plymouth. thanks for causing my anxiety attack. Glad your not a dr. Oh she's probably on her 4th vacation in 5months.

Service was beyond awesome, food was also. But your speakers suck! Couldn’t hear our waitress and had a misunderstanding all because the bartender wouldn’t turn the music down. Service was 10/10, just get new speakers or turn em down!

Owner/bartender is incredibly rude to patrons. They never have enough help. The music sounds awful. Food is good, but I can get that in many other pubs. Save your time and go somewhere else.

We called to ask if they took reservations. They politely told us they didn’t take reservations. We walked in later that afternoon to have some drinks. We were stared at by every person in the bar as we sat at an open table to which we were told was reserved and then we were promptly asked to leave the establishment and told that we were not welcome.

We had a great time coming to see Maze and Clauser music duo. Our first time there and it was a really fun night out. Good food, good service, good atmosphere and great music! The pickle fries were awesome and the pizza was delicious!

I really liked this place. It's a nice little pub for some drinks and food. The sliders and fries were really good! The bartender was great about coming back for her rounds. I'd definitely go again.

This review is coming from a place of a 35 yr retired bartender/server & a 7 yr regular of this bar. Friday evening Oct. 27th was advertised as a Halloween costume contest with a DJ. Was excited to bring my out of state guests. We love Halloween so we dressed in costume. We ended up being the only 4 people in costume. No worries! Jennifer the cocktail waitress never greeted us, wiped the dirty table nor acknowledged us in any way. I watched as she got several rounds for other tables, took Keno tickets even though their is a self service machine, chatted with guests etc. I'm embarrassed because my guests know this is 'my bar'. I finally after 30 minutes (yes I timed it) I cornered her at her register to get a drink order. Mind you this is a beer and mixed drinks corner bar. Not difficult craft cocktails. I was told I would have to pay immediately. The bartender has known me & my boyfriend for decades. I've never had to pay up front. She then announces she is now cut from the floor & won't be serving anymore although she continues with her other tables. She later comes and attempts to take full drinks from my table saying we are closing. I stop her. No last call. No warning to drink up.Halloween costume contest is announced twice as coming up soon. We wait for that. It never happens. I ask the DJ why? He said no one dressed up so we gave away the free drinks prize to everyone else in the bar. We dressed in costume. All 4 of us. Certainly enough. My boyfriend who I met here has been coming to this bar for 30 years. As a veteran of the service industry and my guests who are service industry for decades as well I can't express the embarrassment/humiliation I felt thinking I'm showing my guests a great night out for grown ass adults. I have had a corner bar wherever I lived my whole life. I will deeply miss this one.

Zero complaints with restaurant, food, and drink/keno service, beer selection seemed small only minor criticism, and only complaint was with idiot customers who brought a young child to a bar at Happy hour and they refused to control the child's heart stoppingly loud ongoing screams bumming out the remaining 95% of the adult customers.

As a local, and a “regular”, I won’t be coming back any time soon. Tina’s service was so abysmal I won’t run the chance of walking into her bar again. I wish the pub success.

New owners. Inside renovated. Very nice. Food was really good especially quesadillas. Considering the price of food in all other restaurants, prices here are CHEAP. TVs are amazing-great to watch sports. Service was great. We’ll definitely be back.

Food and customer service wasn't anything special and bartender acted as if we were a bother to her. What got me was the comment noted on the bottom of my receipt that I noticed a couple of days later "A 2% Convenience Fee Has Been Added to Your Check". Nothing was noted nor did anyone say anything about this charge. Out of curiosity, I called and was transferred to the manager who stated there is a 2% Credit Card fee on all transactions since they have an ATM on their premises. She did go on to state that they are working on getting signs printed to tell the customers of such. Won't be back and will make sure and let others know about this "hidden" fee.

Asha has a great attitude and gives great customer service. One of the best places around for a cheeseburger. Highly recommended.

I never leave negative reviews…but felt compelled after a horrible experience tonight. I called ahead to see if my coworkers and I could meet for happy hour as this is right down the street. I was told reservations aren’t accepted but we were welcome to try and 5 o’clock shouldn’t be bad. Completely understandable and more than reasonable. I initially called ahead to give them a heads up and based on the persons response was under the impression we might not have a table but we would be ok to come in regardless. Upon arriving, was told “I told you we couldn’t fit you” which is inaccurate and blatantly untrue. Does this mean I hadn’t called you and we didn’t come in as a group it would have been ok? We too are a local business and were hoping to make this a regular outing. It’s more than the fact we were denied entry. The way that we were spoken to was appalling. We will take our business elsewhere.
