Plymouth Roast Reviews
This review is for the Royal Oak Roast only.
The road is full of as*holes , the world going to sh*t more and more. The people in charge care not at all and we are on a very possible path to doom. Why not stop in at Royal Oak Roast? It’s a comfy place with great people watching. The coffee is wonderful and refills are a dollar. So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has...read full review

Stopped in for a coffee and sandwich. Both were excellent! The turkey did not deliver today for the turkey avo wrap, but, a quick pivot to chicken was made - excellent customer service the wrap was really delicious! I love how much lettuce is used to keep the wrap from getting soggy. Can’t wait for my next vacation day to stop in during the day.
Ordered a cold pumpkin joy and gf banana bread through Door Dash - it arrived super quick, coffee was amazing and banana bread was great too. Highly recommend!

Plymouth Roast is a cozy and well-lit coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of seating options, including booths, tables, high-top bars, and comfy chairs. The large windows let in natural light, and staff are happy to adjust shades to enhance comfort. The interior design and layout are thoughtfully done, making it a good place for both relaxing and getting work done. The staff are consistently kind and quick, providing excellent customer service, especially with their coffee and smoothies, which are highly praised. The strawberry banana smoothie and chicken artichoke panini are favorites, and the brunchwrap is considered to be better than Taco Bell. Food quality is generally good, with some dishes like the breakfast sandwich and Corned Beef Hash receiving positive comments. However, some items like avocado toast have been hit-or-miss, with concerns about flavor and quality of ingredients. The coffee offerings are solid, featuring bold-flavored espresso lattes, though some reviews noted that the staff's attitude can be a bit detached, with limited friendliness and small talk. The shop's decor, layout, and natural lighting create a pleasant environment, though the price point is on the higher side, reflecting the use of quality ingredients and supporting small business. Despite not roasting their own beans—sourcing from California—they offer good coffee and are appreciated for their efforts. Overall, Plymouth Roast is a popular spot for coffee, tasty food, and a quiet atmosphere, though visitors should expect to pay a premium for the quality and ambiance.
