My daughter and I went for some girl time and one of our stops was Starbucks! I forgot to grab the gentleman’s name but he was working this morning (1-6-24) and was so kind and helpful with my daughter. We wanted to make sure we gave him a shoutout for helping make a suggestion for my daughter, and going above and beyond to make her experience great!!!And his drinks were made wonderfully!!!!!

The people who work here are almost always in a terrible mood. Never make eye contact, never smile & aren’t friendly. And today this is the 2nd time it’s happened… I order my drink, walk away to do my grocery shopping & the lid of my drink reeks of whatever Bath & Body Works lotion they’ve just applied to themselves. Next time I’m not going to be so nice about it, it’s disgusting.

I am a HUGE fan of their Carmel Ribbon Crunch drink, and I love how they have options for milk alternatives! I go here ALL the time, every time they have great service and a great atmosphere for getting some extra work done at one of their inside tables or booths.Dietary restrictions: They're a great option if you have restrictions regarding dairy. I can't have milk, and they have many milk alternatives for many different allergies.

I ordered a Double Chocolaty Chip that has no coffee and my drink has coffee in it. It is horrible and I can't drink it due to the taste (not a coffee drinker), person picking up even confirmed the drink and they still made it wrong.

This Starbucks location is never open during its operation hours. Multiple times, I’ve been and they are closed because they are “short staffed”. Unacceptable at this point, COVID-19 excuses only work for so long. Do NOT recommend.
