I was going to get Arbys for dinner, for my family. However, the costumer service was lacking today.
We arrived about 4:57pm. We noticed the lobby was now open after the remodel, and decided to check it out. Upon entering I entered the line, and one costumer was inline before me. She was indecisive. She then asked about the happy hour, and was told that it ended at 5pm. It was now 5:01. She was told that it ends at 5pm sharp and they cannot honor the prices any more. Otherwise...read full review
Quick inside service. But ordering through drive thru is painful. It's always a game of 21 questions and repeating what you said. However, your order is typically accurate unlike most of their fast food competitors...
I'm particularly unhappy with the service since I ordered a french dip combo and received the sandwich with no dip, and no fries. Ordering took forever even though no one else was in the restaurant. If I could give it no stars, I would.
