Ordered a 2 piece combo meal, original and dark meat. Got a three piece meal (both light and dark meat). Chicken is dark and greasy and you can taste that the oil is old. Tried to call the restaurant twice but got a recording saying they couldn't take my call right now. Complained to Corporate. Too bad because I haven't had KFC in a while.
I had a remarkably positive experience at this shop today. Upon arriving to collect my order this evening, I was informed they had run out of hot wings. Although initially disappointed, the staff member at the front, Britney, immediately apologized for the oversight. She promptly suggested alternative options and ensured I left satisfied. Went in to grab lunch with my mom the store had 3 employees running the entire store. The dining area was clean the employees very polite and they provided fast and excellent service. I was honestly impressed bc I know how stressful it is to be shorthanded and the choas that usually ensues but not here, it was like they are a fine oiled machine and everyone does there part effeciently.
