The food was excellent on our visit here. The manager on duty was unprofessional while scolding the low wage employees right in front of us for seemingly no apparent reason. +1 for the workers. +1 for the food. -2 for the manager on duty.
I just had the best chicken sandwich the new grilled or savory chicken sandwich I can't remember but that boy was bad the best chicken sandwich in that ... I have had at the castle don't let the over size chicken breast fool you the sandwich is amazing the customer service was good it does take a little bit in the line but I sure they cook the food form frozen so it going to take a little longer not like bk or MC D's cook and put in the warmer
I wish I could give the service 10 stars. Came here for Valentine’s day Love Castle and Kim and Kiesha were absolutely amazing from start to end! What kind, lovely ladies. Please give them a raise, I’m serious. They are the stars of this establishment.
