After moving to Petoskey from Kalamazoo, I longed for good REAL Chinese food. While visiting the area for a concert I stumbled upon this local favorite. It did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. The owner lady was sweet, hospitable and very swift with serving us. The portions were very generous to put it lightly and very, very authentically out of control. Next concert I go to at Pine Knob it is going to be a must to go place!

The Rangoons are stuffed with more meat than anything else which I loved. I also really enjoyed the flavor of the fried rice. The egg roll was ok, the orange chicken was good flavor wise but some pieces were dry. The interior of the place is very dated/ old/ unkempt and the area behind the counter wasn't very clean or orderly which made me wonder about the state of the kitchen. Ordinarily I get chicken...rarely pork. Today I got sezhwan beef. The meat was awful...chew for a few minutes, then swallow whole. I've gone to this restaurant for several years now and will in the future. I just won't order beef anymore
