I want to start this review off by saying I had the pleasure to be able to eat at this establishment, from customer service, to drinks and quality produce this restaurant blew me away. I decided to go with the salmon Wellington because not too long ago I ate at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant Hell’s Kitchen in New Jersey & had the beef Wellington. Never have I heard of salmon Wellington but easily both of those dishes went head to head. The Manager Emily and my server was extremely personable and treated my family like family not just a customer. To top things off I told Emily was telling me how I had to try there carrot cake and before I could place an order for one gave me a free slice. Portions are extremely generous and I can’t think of a better place to eat at in port Austin thank you for the best dinning experience we will be back.

Bird Creek Farms is a little treasure in the thumb. My wife and I were in the area for our anniversary and decided to visit at the recommendation of a local shop owner and our own research.
We started with some seasonal cocktails which were fantastic. I got a Spiced Vanilla Old Fashioned and my wife got their Butter Beer Mule.
We then ordered Ham Pickle Egg Rolls as an app and then the Blueberry Burger and Bourbon Salmon for our mains. Everything was delicious and the service was great.
There indoor and outdoor seating and the bar is in a greenhouse like area with open windows so you get a little of both.
I would definitely recommend stopping in weather for drinks as they have a full bar and lots of beer on tap or food or both. You won't be disappointed!

This place does not miss and not only is it family friendly year round, but they absolutely kill it for their flannel fest, fun for the whole family. Not every establishment caters to the kids but this place nails it out of the park year round. You will not find better food or atmosphere in the thumb.

Not adequately staffed to handle busy times. Waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The food was decent, but nothing special. Then we waited for another half hour after finishing before someone would take our bill. Nice atmosphere.

The food was excellent. We had the walleye bites, the ham and pickle spring rolls, the cherry chicken burger and the blueberry burger. Hope was our server, very polite and efficient. We really enjoyed our lunch. Only in the area for the day but would definitely return if in the area again.

This place was a vibe. We were in town for a wedding. Yes, that wedding. We were drinking our hangover away which was really mentally ill of us. To our server: hey girl, we can fly with our ID if there’s a lil star in the corner. Thanks for looking out though, just wanted to give you an update. Also the bahn mi was really good, i was not expecting that. Not in a rude way, just in a white way. We sat on the patio as the fall breeze slowly cured us as we giggled our hearts out. The only gripe I had was that people were staring at us a lot. Thats not a restaurant thing, that’s a guest thing. I don’t think that this town has ever seen a group of queer people before with our group leader being a woman of color. Now they did and that’s so cool! Okay bye now, this place has yummy food. LYLAS

Best dining experience of my life!! Each course was better than the last. It was a symphony of flavors, I was in heaven!! Cocktail program and dessert were every bit as good as dinner!! Our waitress was skilled and very friendly and helpful! I keep telling my family I'm moving so I can eat at this restaurant 5 nights a week!!! TREAT YOURSELF!!!!
