What a lovely experience we had over the Fourth of July weekend. So good we returned twice. From the beautiful kind woman at the front, we were welcomed in like family. Our food did take a while but it was worth it and over a holiday weekend-we could just sit back and enjoy! The steak bites were immaculate. Bravo to our waitress as well.

We vacation up in Pt Austin every year and I always look forward to a Bird Creek cheeseburgers. My husband went last night for a takeout order but after he waited 45 minutes they said they could not do take out orders as they were way too busy....why they made him wait that long to tell him, idk....so we went back tonight with a small group and sat in the restaurant around 6:40pm. We did not get our food till well after 8:15 pm. We were not the only ones though - people were complaining right and left. Although my cheeseburger was really good. My husband got Lake Perch and he was really disappointed - it was dry and not even warm! The exceptionally long wait really was so disappointing..It was so bad that fellow restaurant patrons were all talking about it and comparing notes on how long they waited or how the order was wrong. Hopefully it will improve as the summer goes on. This was July 2025.

It is a bright gem in a shutdown resort town. Literally. The tap room is clear. It feels like you are sitting outside without the freezing cold. Great discovery when everything else is closed for the season.

Very good food with seasonal options. In closed bar and igloo with heaters for the winter season. Nice variety of cocktails and beers on tap. We enjoy visit this place both summer and winter times.

The Bella Boursin Steak Bites is a dish I make sure to stop in for every fall, it’s amazing. On this occasion it was the best I’ve ever had! So so delicious! Good service :)

Super fun place! Used to be a house, now it's a restaurant! Small and cozy yet, it feels big enough to host a party if you book it in advance. Highly recommend to all that enjoy the feeling of home while dining out and not having to worry about the cleanup.

The Bird Creek Farm Tap Room is a great place to get a gourmet bite to eat and a beverage while watching the big game on. A large screen TV and sitting in the sun inside an all-glass room. Service is very friendly and attentive. Don’t miss the cherry mead that’s on tap!
