We love Blue Moon ice cream shop in Port Austin! So many great flavors, it’s hard to decide. Friendly staff and they always have lots of workers to keep the line moving. They even have pup cups for your dog! My only recommendation would be to add the description of the ice cream flavors to the portable menus. That way customers have a better idea of the flavor they want before they get to the counter.

Blue moon is one of our favorite ice cream shops to go to. The staff is very friendly and they have a huge selection of ice cream to choose from. Their Scoops are very generous and they offer a military discount. Even though they get very busy, they handle the customers quickly so you’re never waiting long.
They also take credit card in case you don’t carry cash very important up here.

My wife and I came in on Sunday the 23rd, we decided to stop for a malt (first time for us) and sit by the water and enjoy it While the staff was fine and prompt service the malts were as thin as water and taste was really diluted down, it was Not Good at all, but instead of going back and complain I just sent them a mesg on messenger that they have not even check as of this day...I was trying to avoid placing my complaint on here and thought someone would make it right... I will not take a chance on going back There... $15.00 worth of water down malt with milk...sorry to say someone needs to teach how to make shakes and malts

The ice cream itself is really good, but every time I order a milkshake it ends up being watered down. It doesn't help that their milkshakes are more expensive than other places so you feel like you got a bit scammed. The location is very convenient, but with the price of their ice cream and the quality/quantity you get I'd recommend going to Rybak's instead.
