We called in late after we got off the water and the staff was so accommodating! We had 2 amazing pies cooked to perfection! The owner even came out to chat as it was the end of his shift.

I am writing this in regards to our experience we had yesterday.
My family wanted to take our friends out to dinner for their retirement at Fireside on Saturday and arrived at the restaurant at around 4:45pm. Knowing it would be busy and that they were only open til 8:00pm.
We approached the hostess and told her we had 5 people, she then said it would be a few minutes and that we would be sat next. So we sat waiting patiently watching the hostess seat 2 tops, 3 tops and even 4 tops after us.
After AN HOUR!!!!! of us sitting there without her even coming up to us, i stood up to see to see these people in open tables not boothes.
When she came back so proceeded to tell me that it was OOASHA rules and she would lose her job if she put tables together.
Then she said there was a table that was getting done so we saw 6 people leaving the then she said she would NOT seat us there because that was a 9 top and we were 5 people. But she sat 2 tops at a 4 top and so on.
After that our party was extremely upset and the hostess and her customer service experience told us “if we didn’t like it we could just leave”.
Which we did!!!!!!!!! And we will NEVER come back.
I understand there is new ownership and I hope the new owners are aware of how their staff is treating their customers.
Customer service is extremely important for every business and you never know who the person is who has a bad experience and the influence they might have on a future of a business going forward.
The shame is that the food here is good as to why we wanted to celebrate here but no matter the food if the experience out the gate is bad, will keep us away for good which is what this experience has done.
Shame on her for her bad behavior and her reflection of your restaurant.

Aces. I had 8 guys with me and our waitress, despite being near the end of the day, was friendly, fast, smiling, and got our food and drinks without missing a beat. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating, small arcade area and pool table.

Went in sat for 15 mins and not one waitress came up and asked us if we have been helped yet. folded up our menus dropped them in the bar and walked out. SUPER disappointing.

Had dinner with a group of friends on a Thursday evening the weekend of the Witches Walk in Caseville. Both the food and the service that we received were outstanding! We had an assortment of the King Crab legs, fish dinner, potato skins, and pizza all super delicious! Our server, who was also the bartender, was knowledgeable and definitely made the best Long Island ever... Can't wait to go back when I'm back in town. Keep doing what you're doing, Fireside Inn! Oh, and don't forget to pick up a sweatshirt while you're there!
Fireside Supreme pizza ? is the best. When we visit Caseville, Mi we always go to Fireside for pizza.
Kid-friendliness: They have air hockey and a few video games.

My favorite restaurant of all time. I personally love their chicken tenders the most. While you wait for your food and drinks, you can go play in the small arcade section with family / friends. I love the log cabin inside, and I like the moody lighting. They also have a small merchandise section of t-shirts, long sleeve shirts and hoodies.

I was on vacation and stopped in for a carryout. I purchased pretzel bites ,it hand nasty canned cheese so did the garlic nots.. The cheese sticks were still hard ,not cooked enough. The only good thing was potato skin.

Great local place, beautiful on the inside with awesome daily specials. My favorite is crab nite. Our party enjoyed steak, crab and the lobster Mac n cheese, all of which were great. Service was a little slow which the waitress acknowledged and apologized for. They can get busy and probably don’t have enough staff to make speed a priority in this tourist driven area.
They have a small arcade area which was fun for the kiddos but some games were out of order and didn’t give prizes when they were suppose to, hope they get this fixed as this is a nice little bonus for the kids. Support this great local restaurant. Moscow mule was very good also!
